I think 1 Star is even a little generous. After showing up over 90min late to our appointment... Rick insisted on not doing the tattoos my boyfriend and I originally asked for. Saying he doesn't do "Pinterest" tattoos and would rather free hand something. Hmmmm. Despite making an appointment a month earlier, and sending several drawings for ideas... nothing was drawn up. He crudely drew mine on paper in about 5min and just drew on my boyfriend with a Sharpie. We should have walked out. I WISH we walked out. Instead we ended up with cover-ups over Rick's work for HALF of what he charged us. Do yourself a favor... make the drive to ANYWHERE but here. Rick... we're looking at the same pic right? Your tattoo is the crooked, uneven one. I wanted something beautiful... too bad I had to get a cover up to achieve that. No budget was ever discussed. As my boyfriend had spent a few thousand dollars in your shop... I doubt that is the issue. Blame the customers for poor quality and sub-par work??? That's phenomenal business practice. read more

I gave this place two chances and both times they lost my business. The first time I called and arranged over the phone to have my daughters ears pierced. They said they could do it no problem. Once we arrived to the shop they completely changed their story and said they don't do any kids piercings. She is old enough to verbalize if she wants it done or not. Second time I called to schedule an appointment for a piercing for myself. Got to the shop and waited around for 20 minutes with almost no communication from staff. So I left. Won't be going back and would.not recommend. read more

Amazing artist! Rick is hilarious too! He has cool music playing the whole time and he'll talk to you while you're getting your tattoo and it makes it 100 times easier to get your tattoo when you have someone to talk to! I bit expensive for two little tattoos but did an okay job. My brother and I came in to do ours and the guy was a bit aloof. A very sterile place to get it done. Probably be going somewhere else though. Did a great job overall. read more

Best shop ever! I drove from Central California to get tattooed by Rick, well worth it every time. He knows how to take your ideas and turn them into artwork that is even better than you could imagine! Whether it's tattoos on fresh skin or cover-ups, he's got you covered for sure. I had a horribly done tattoo on my stomach of a tree with birds that was all black. Somehow, he managed to cover it so well that no one can tell that it's a cover-up! On top of that, everyone is always telling me how beautiful my tattoos are and it's all thanks to him! Very professional, extremely talented, and just an all around great guy. Hey Camille-- why have you declined my request of reimbursing $200 as you had agreed?? That's…read moreactually nothing compare to what it should be-- I actually did not want to make a bigger deal of it and just move on after everything that wasn't cleaned/done-- dirty floors, stove, brand new tea kettle uncleared, no bathroom or kitchen dish mats, stained hand towels, dirty duvets, dirty sheets/glitter under sheets, stove not clean, old sticky big spot of greasy stains in oven, wet/water puddle in dishes in cabinets just to name a few? Is this really the kind of service you've become? Very disappointing. " was my latest text to the owner. The response was "I don't appreciate you belittling me"... not belittling but disappointed that everything I've listed that wasn't cleaned and then you petty over $150-$200 for several dirty uncleaned units is sad. After all this, I was told my multiple units of townhomes of approx. 800 sqft was not worth her time of $155-$165 per units each time while another business just gladly wanted my business. And that other business has well over 20+ excellent reviews/referrals and they're cheaper, lucky for me. Mine you, this is for frequent cleaning, not deep cleaning. Camille says because they have to do linens is why she charged me this much and says she pays a living wage to her cleaners which I was all for it. Well, she knew she wasn't going to be earning my business any longer. I was really embarrassed and actually ashamed for her. This is all she can say when you get caught red handed not knowing that the owner is actually the guest checking in? Saying she has more business and that she gets paid more, after I've given her 6 months of business and hardly any complaints from me. Unfortunately, I shouldn't have been too nice and the cleaners got away with not cleaning thoroughly/cutting corners. I had to trust them, I live out of town and only come in once in and awhile (but now I've learned, I have cameras in front). At some point, I actually believed her more than my guests sometimes when they complained about certain uncleanliness-- gave them the benefit of the doubt-- yes, I now realize I was too trustworthy = idiot me. Now I know I was wrong since I see clearly with my own 2 eyes when I checked into 2 of the units myself and it was dirty (see attached the pictures). I still did not intend to write this but because this owner is strictly about money, lying/not trustworthy and not about quality of service/integrity, I felt obligated to write about my experiences. Finding a good cleaning company with I integrity and trustworthy is hard. Unfortunately, the previous one I used moved away that had the good cleaner. I'm just overwhelmingly disappointed how this all unfold to the very end. I've really witnessed how petty this business owner is and how she handles her clients. It's quite VERY disappointing as all I want was a clean place to go to myself, the owner and she barely apologize and instead says she didn't know what happened??? I guess that's what you say when you get caught and don't know what else to say. Believe it or not, How do you not take responsibility for it and profusely apologize no matter what you know or not, the place was not even vacuumed! As a customer-- I just expected to walk into a clean place since I'm only there for a quick couple of nights. It's too late for the cleaners to come and distract/ intrude into my family time, especially when you just check in late at night. Later she finally admits she lost cleaners, took too many business, over stretched herself, etc... etc but also said she looked at those units and that it was cleaned-- well yes, it doesn't really get that dirty but you can still tell if it hasn't been cleaned---the lies continues. Said she'd reimburse $50/unit and didn't even keep her word, how sad and petty. Seriously, $50 x 3= $150 is something to make a big deal of after the thousands of dollars she's made from me?? I was really just trying to see how far someone will go to try to be defensive when they've gotten caught red handed. That ultimately broke the trust. One of the neighbors, finally confessed to me before I left because she and her family helps me watches over the place. She didn't think the cleaners have been doing a great job, they would be in and out waaayyyy too fast, couldn't have thoroughly cleaned-- that says it all. Your money, your trust, your choice... just saying.

I have been tattooed by Rick on two separate occasions now travelling all the way from Australia to do so. He is definitely worth the wait and the travel to do get tattooed by him as each time i have left stoked with the work he has done. Rick runs a tight shop at silver state tattoo company, he is Clean, fast and highly professional and his artwork is Amazing. Its a shit tonne of fun getting tattooed by Rick he makes the long sittings worth while and as comfortable as possible, each time i've seen him i've left with a huge smile on my face and an amazing piece that will be with me forever because he makes his tattoos to last, unlike a lot of other tattoo artists these days. On a visit to the area to stay with a relative I thought it might be fun to get a tattoo I had been considering for some time. This small shop was only a few miles away and my relative was familiar with it. Dropping in with no appointment on a Saturday afternoon they got me in within a few minutes. I only had to describe to the owner what I wanted and he knew exactly what to draw. While I was hesitant to have a drawn design rather than one printed I took one look in the mirror and it was perfect. Another artist, Tim took his time to explain the process and completed the work.i am very happy with this locally owned business and will recommend it to anyone. I've been to several tattoo shops and let me tell you that this is the best tattoo shop I've stepped in. Rick has done 2 of my tattoos and has always been extremely clean and makes sure that you are comfortable before starting each session. He checks up on you the entire time and tries to make it as easy for you as possible. His line work is great and if you ever need a re-touch he doesn't hesitate. This is the place to go for ink. JP is amazing - great artist and super friendly. I'm kind of the 30-ish mom type, not the alt-rocker or hipster tattoo type, and I have never felt out of place or unwelcome in his shop. I've gotten two tattoos at Immaculate, and they are both far and away better than ones I've gotten elsewhere. For my next big piece I will definitely drive all the way from Los Angeles just to make sure JP does it for me, that's how much I like this guy. read more

Rick and Trevor both have always been very cool and they do great work.
