Showed up here on a last minute whim to get 3 spots pierced/reopened. They were all extremely friendly and welcoming and were able to get me in as a walk in within 5 minutes. The piercer was great at handling my nervousness and was extremely patient with me. She was able to answer all of my (probably ridiculous) questions and gave me as much time as I needed to calm down. At the end she complimented me and made me feel so much more confident with the new facial piercing. A few days later my lip started to swell a little more than expected so I reached out to this company on Facebook. Although late at night, they were cool enough to answer me and jump on my concerns immediately. They apologized (even though it's not their fault) and completely reassured me that they would do anything I needed to feel happy and taken care of. Walked in on Friday, Nevada Day, to see their availability to pierce our daughters ears. Was greeted by multiple employees, who were all very friendly and welcoming. Mak the piercer was available and made the process super easy and was fantastic with my daughter. Mak had several different choices for my daughter to choose from for earrings and once the choice was made she went forward with piercing her ears. I got my first (and so far, only) tattoo done here about a year and a half ago and I had such a wonderful experience. I was nervous going in, but Nerm and the rest of the staff made me feel relaxed and welcome. This place is clean, friendly, and fair. My tattoo did fade about one month after I got it, but I do believe that was due to its sensitive location (on my toe). However, Nerm told me when I went in that he guarantees his work, so I went in about three months after my initial appointment and got it completely redone with no further issues. Shop is well located, lots to look at. I was greeted warmly and quickly and the guys liked my Eddie Samurai tattoo and googled the artistry. When I described what I wanted they pointed me to Nerm. Contact with other artists was brief but I can tell they are great people, well my kind of great people... This review is mostly based on my experience with Nerm as a professional artist. I had one idea then switched it to another piece entirely and told Nerm my idea and asked he do it in his "New School" style and gave him free reign on the art. He drew it up a few days before and texted me images of the drawing, I suggested one final tweek and added a voodoo doll for good measure and the rough sketch gave me an idea but not a full view of what he was doing. I relinquished control of what to expect and surrendered to the tattoo gods my trust to Nerms artistry, vision and talents. The gods chose to shine on me! Nerm is a fantastic guy! Likes the same music I do and played old metal during my 6 hour session on my right calf. Hard to not bang the head while tattooing. Scheduled me on a day off and showed up on time ready to get cracking on my Book of Souls Eddie custom. Beautiful piece came out of the session, great atmosphere, great company and conversation. Temperature in the place was good and I stayed cool during the process, about the last hour I warmed up due to the pain and I would advise bringing your own pillow with a pillow case if you have a high body temp like me and will be laying face down as I was. Maybe bring a fan too. He pounded a lot of ink into my leg in a short while and produced a large, greatly detailed piece that I am complimented on all the time. I scheduled another appointment with him and then had to reschedule since I created a last minute plan to go see Iron Maiden in Vegas (Hell Yeah) and Nerm accommodated my reschedule in stride knowing of my fanaticism with the band. I would have showed for the first appointment if he needed me to but would have been feeling it the next day on the rail at the show in the crowd. :) Nerm has my vote for the man to go to at this establishment. I'm from out of town and wanted a tattoo and piercing before leaving, first tattoo and I love it! It took maybe 20 min because it was a smaller tattoo cost was $80 then two piercings in my ear $120! I could have gotten all this done way cheaper in Houston. The piercings were so close together that when I went to switch out the jewelry (at a different shop) they said the piercings were way too close together and suggested that I take one out for better healing and they would er pierce it lower, they were shocked that I payed soooo much! They said they would re-pierce it for only $30 because they felt bad I was so over charged! I was never even told how to care for my piercings when I first got them! I would go here for tattoos I guess, but piercings? Go to a professional piercer! read more

The shop is clean, they take measures to be safe, and John explained everything I could expect to experience.
