My brother and I planted these trees over 25 years ago. They trimmed them to 9 ft. Okay. But they broke a beloved, irreplaceable statue and didn't tell me. They broke a wooden rocking chair and didn't tell me. They broke the TV/internet cable and didn't tell me. They broke a Camilla plant as well. All of this I discovered on my own. Granted, they compensated me $150 for the statue and chair, repaired the wire, too, but I'd rather have my things back, which were broken needlessly, and the unique statue cannot be replaced. I also had vines growing into the wires in the alley. They did a good job, but they also cut some wires, which they left hanging in the alley in front of a neighbor's garage, and didn't tell me about it. They came back and fixed it. The worst thing is the large limb they severed that ran parallel to the wall, shielding and shading my view of the house next door. It provided shelter and shade for the birdbath and the hummingbirds that nest in it every year. They had no business cutting that and should have asked me. It's far below the 9 ft. limit, and now I feel sick when I look out the window and see the amputated limb, lack of shade and shelter, and the house next door with all its wires, dish, lights, and windows. I feel like I've lost a friend. I have photos of hummingbird eggs. They'll never come back. And I'll never hire this company again.

Their quote was the best, reviews are wonderful and quality of work was top notch! My next door neighbor came out to watch them work, with me, for a bit. He's very familiar with tree work. Anyway, he is hard to impress, but he was praising them, to me and took a photo of their truck (contact information) for future business. After requesting for a quote, i got a call right away and had someone at my house within hours! then the guy (forgot his name!) was really knowledgeable and didn't sound like a salesman. he gave me some info about my tree i didn't know and was very honest about what and when it should be done. Unfortunately, I needed the trim right away but if i need it next time, i will definitely give them a call. and the quote?? cheapest out of five places I called.

Despite this communication, Isai allows his voicemail to get full and the only option for communication is by text. My first communication was Dec 7th, and thus far, no proposal, and no return text. We have not even started service or agreed on price and I'm already chasing Glady's. Imagine what it is like if they started service with you and you have a problem or concern, good luck chasing Isai and Glady's Landscaping Service or getting a return phone call or text.
