This is the closest location to Beavercreek we could take my ring to be serviced. We had a little trouble locating where the store front was inside the mall but that is an issue with Liberty Center and their map system- thumbs down all day. When we walked in, David greeted us from behind the counter. He immediately took my ring and began the inspection while chatting with my fiancé. He clarified that the warranty issued with the Vera Wang brand did not cover some things like damage and informed my fiancé he could still add on additional coverage at this time. He elected to extend the coverage and then we looked at wedding bands. We had already shopped on the website and knew what we were leaning toward. We had his picked out and he needed sized. For mine, we were leaning toward a straight band but wanted to see how it would sit against my engagement ring. I ended up selecting a curved band when I saw it in person. It looked better than it did online and David helped me to see how it would look in the right size. We had planned on waiting until closer to the wedding to actually purchase the bands, and thought we would more than likely order online from home again. However, David was so easy to work with and very helpful with sizing and information about differences, so we decided to buy then. He gave us information to reach him for when the rings arrived at the store (to send them for sizing). He also set up an account so we have all of the warranty and purchase information in one location. We are looking forward to picking them up in a few weeks! Thanks David!!

No one has been helpful, I can't even take my engagement photos this weekend now due to me once again not having a ring because it has to be repaired! All around an awful company.!

One found me a shoe in a size that wasn't even on the floor, another brought a different size to the dressing room, and a third suggested a better way to complete my transaction! Now keep in mind the stuff here is brand name and higher end than, say, a Marshalls, but I still found a ton of good deals. I saw higher end brands like Tory Burch, Birkenstock, Democracy, and more. I got a $200 free people dress for $35! It's now definitely worth checking out and could be dangerous... I got so much stuff!

Staff was made to stand at the entrance to welcome the customers super sweet. So for people who have been to NR it's definitely a couple of notches above TJ Max but the model is similar. So there is section for male, female, kids clothing and shoes. They also have a home section along with jewelry, make up, perfume, sunglasses and handbags. Lots for everyone. This particular one has lots of parking and very centrally located. Prices are fair to the brands they offer. Oh I forgot they also have some snacks right near the check out. In the mean time I found a bracelet at another jeweler that I like better. Unfortunate, James Wolf Jewler isn't an authorized dealer for the designer. I have the receipt for the bracelet but since it's past their 20 day after Christmas return policy they will only offer a store credit instead of crediting my husbands debit card. Unfortunately, since they are a smaller jeweler, they have very little inventory for me to choose a different bracelet. They are very friendly but I am very disappointed in their lack of Customer Satisfaction.
