You are given two hours to play for admission. I think the admission is pretty expensive, especially for babies. My 7-year old had a fun time, though. She enjoyed playing in the different areas. She ended up getting a mini scoop of ice cream, which was about $6. I would have gotten coffee, but I think the food prices were pretty expensive. Overall, I think one and done for us. The woman that owns this establishment is rude, at best, and has very poor business ethics. I…read morepurchased a gown for a wedding I am part of, I placed the order via phone on 5/19/17. To my surprise, I found out my dress was not ordered until, I believe June 5th or 6th. I was under the impression, per my conversation with the sales associate, that my dress would be arriving in approximately 6 weeks time from when I ordered the dress on 5/19/17. I also paid additional shipping to have the dress shipped to me, because I do not live in St. Cloud. So of coarse i was upset, i felt misslead. I then received a nasty email that stated that I signed a contract stating that the dress would not be ordered until the full wedding party has ordered and they would be ordered together. It was not until then that I received a copy of said contract. Never did I agree or sign any such contract. The only communication i got after ordering the dress was a receipt. The reciept did, in fact, have some disclosures on it, however none of them stating that the dress would not be ordered until the full wedding party placed their order. After we farwarded the reciept to the owner showing her what was sent to us, the owner continued to argue with the bride and myself in regards to this for a couple days via email and phone, and never took responsibility of the fact that we were not properly informed. Not only was everyone in the wedding party not aware of any contract or in agreement with said contract, but neither was the bride. The owner finally agrees to pay the extra shipping to have them rush delivered to ensure we would get the dresses in time. Now that we find out these dresses were being ordered together and shipped together we questioned why we all paid seperate shipping if they were being shipped together, and that we should be refunded our shipping charges since she is paying for the rushed shipping, she refused to refund anything and still she continued to act as if she was doing us a favor and had done nothing wrong, not once did she appologize. Yesterday I received an email from this woman letting me know that my dress had arrived and in order for them to ship it to me, which I already paid for the additional shipping charge, I would now need to sign a waiver releasing them from any responsibility of damages happening to the dress. She is refusing to ship this dress until I email her back letting her know that I agree and release her. Furthermore she is not giving an exact methoid of shipment and she is not providing me with a tracking number. This all seems very fishy. I already paid in full for the dress and the shipping. She is withholding a product and a service that I already paid for and never told me I would have to sign anything. A bride should not have to deal with this while planning her wedding. Establishments like this are supposed to be helpful and communicate everything so that there are no surprises and that was not the case here. In short, I do not recommend anyone do any business with this establishment. Is that better?
