When arriving it looked like a small old school shop. This could be hit or miss. Talked to the guy who came to check the tire out and he recommended that the tire might just need a patch which would be 40 bucks. Sure, why not? Guy came back out in 10 minutes with a freshly patched tire, popped it back on and said 20 dollars. I was amazed. Haven't had a problem since. Respect to Friqui Tires. *****

That's not true because I called. So I called again and he said yeah I know I don't know if we're gonna get to him. I said he's been waiting in six other people came in and again he said ok. Long story short 7:45. They finally got to my son. They changed his tire. The next day his car was vibrating. I took it to my mechanic. They never balanced or aligned his tires. After they made him wait. And we had an appointment. But we did get charged. I will never go here again and I do not recommend them.

Instead of taking the time to explain the pricing or show appreciation for a long-time customer, the employee/owner became rude and dismissive. After my mother expressed concern about the cost, he offered to reduce the charge to $114, which only reinforced the impression that the original price was arbitrary. When she stated that she would not be returning, his response was, "We have plenty of customers and don't need your business." Regardless of whether the price increase was justified, treating a loyal customer, especially a senior citizen, with such disrespect is inexcusable. Businesses have every right to set their prices, but they should also treat customers with honesty, transparency, and basic courtesy. My mother left feeling taken advantage of, disrespected, and unappreciated after years of supporting this business. Based on this experience, neither she nor our family will ever return.
