It was 6:45 and they told him we don't know if we'll get to you and he said I've been waiting an hour and I had a 6 o'clock appointment and again they said oh we didn't know. That's not true because I called. So I called again and he said yeah I know I don't know if we're gonna get to him. I said he's been waiting in six other people came in and again he said ok. Long story short 7:45. They finally got to my son. They changed his tire. The next day his car was vibrating. I took it to my mechanic. They never balanced or aligned his tires. After they made him wait. And we had an appointment. But we did get charged. I will never go here again and I do not recommend them.

When she politely questioned the dramatic increase, she was met with hostility rather than an explanation. Instead of taking the time to explain the pricing or show appreciation for a long-time customer, the employee/owner became rude and dismissive. After my mother expressed concern about the cost, he offered to reduce the charge to $114, which only reinforced the impression that the original price was arbitrary. When she stated that she would not be returning, his response was, "We have plenty of customers and don't need your business." Regardless of whether the price increase was justified, treating a loyal customer, especially a senior citizen, with such disrespect is inexcusable. Businesses have every right to set their prices, but they should also treat customers with honesty, transparency, and basic courtesy. My mother left feeling taken advantage of, disrespected, and unappreciated after years of supporting this business. Based on this experience, neither she nor our family will ever return.
