My Mercedes had a deep scratch on one side of the seat and the top layer on the steering wheel spokes was blistering and peeling. So annoying on a car so expensive and only a few years old. Silverado took care of both problems like a champ! Their attention to detail is extraordinary and the workmanship superb. My problems may have seemed superficial to an ordinary detailer that would've tried to buff them out but Silverado understood they were not. They took the seat and steering wheel apart to apply fixes. The seat material was a perfect match as they got it from Mercedes. Only one side was damaged but they replaced the panel on the other side so there would be no mismatch with discoloration, however slight, from aging. The panels were hand stitched yet look as uniform as factory stitching. The peeling layer on the steering wheel was carefully removed and a clear coat applied to the bare plastic. It took hours. I went to the Napa library and worked and Patrick kept me informed of the progress with texts and videos. You have not experienced customer service such as Patrick provides. He is dead set on getting the work perfect so you will be not just satisfied, but overjoyed, at the result. A fine new top was installed but what was great is that they offered me a set of seats they had in stock from a prior job that was cancelled when the customers car sold. I waited a few months and the foam in the seat wore down while the hole got bigger. I called her up yesterday and she told me to come in today and it would be fixed. I dropped by today from a referral from Ace cleaners in Napa as I was looking to get a zipper to a purse repaired. When I arrived, Kayla greeted me at the door was very personable and friendly. She asked how she could help and I said I had a weird request and wasn't sure if she could help. She asked if she could see the purse and said she'd be right back. My mk7 GTI driver seat was showing signs of wear (surprisingly common on these generation GTIs). I figured I can either get replacement seats or go custom. The GTI sold in Europe had seat trim that was Alcantara, but kept the iconic Clark Tartan center seat cloth. I dropped by one morning and talked to Kayla. She showed me two materials, both faux suede materials. One was genuine Alcantara (which I learned that day was a brand of synthetic suede) and another brand (I can't remember the name). I chose the expenise route, which was geniune suede because its the most durable and is UV resistant (Alcantara can also be used in boats). The material took a couple of weeks to order and ship. Unfortunately I was not able to drop off the car the week the material arrived but they were able to accomodate the week after that. The seats took longer than usual (damn german engineering). But to accomodate my need to use the car on the weekends I was able to pick up my car to use on the weekend and drop it back Monday. Unfortunately between Uber shutting down They were able to finish the seats in about 2 weeks. The results were amazing! Gone are rhe cheap cloth seats but they were able to retain the iconic plaid seat material. Just note, they are not the cheapest shop. But most upholstery shops will just buy factory-made seat covers and install it. These people are artisans. They will customize your upholstery to your liking. read more

Sad to report a bad experience with Silverado Upholstery. I dropped off a motorcycle seat and cover for a reupholstery job and didn't hear anything from them in 2 months. I called and was told it would be a couple weeks still. Finally, 3 months later I went and picked up my disassembled, unfinished seat today and the guys had to search all over the shop for all the pieces. My new unused cover is filthy now as well. So, all in all I can't recommend this shop and won't be bringing my classic car there for work either. Too bad too as I like supporting local businesses. Nice people but zero follow thru. read more

I own a 2018 red Kia Stinger and the interior was like new but all black, very boring. After talking with Andy and Kayla they made suggestions and had great ideas for a diamond stiching and accents with a red italian leather and what a great job they did. The work was excellent, the work they did looks like it was done at the factory and everything works as it should after their work (these were heated/cooled/side adjustment seats). The door panels on my 09 Mustang Gt were falling off. One side to the point that I had to duct tape it. After putting off repairs, the other side started falling off too. Time to Git R Done! If there was an option for zero stars this Norcal Wraps/ Silverado Upholstery would receive negative starts. There is not- SO I am putting a review out on Yelp Hired Norcal Wraps to Reupholster my designer couch, asked that they use Down Cushions, Paid them $6000 for the upholstery job, they delivered the couch and i was shocked, the cushions were hard as a rock. Kayla Chambers the owner refused to return my 20 plus texts and phone calls, ended up taking them to court, and was awarded a judgement. then had to take them to court to have them show their bank statements, was awarded a 2nd Court Ordered Judgement. for $920.00. CRAZY! Have since sold my couch as it would have cost me $2600 from Calico Corners to add soft form inserts. Norcal Wraps and now doing business as; Silverado Upholstery are certainly the Worst company ever, do not do business with them poor quality work, Manager hides behind walls of her office and never takes phone calls, nor Court Orders seriously. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Silverado Upholstery. I have had two tops replaced over the years: 1975 Oldsmobile Delta 88 and a 2000 Mercedes Clk. Both tops came out amazing even knowing the complexity involved in replacing the Mercedes top as most people won't touch it. I needed a new seat for my motorcycle, an older Yamaha. They not only gave me an excellent quote, lower then anyone else I had talked to, but they had it done in one day as opposed to 3-5. He gave me the options for padding, seat cover, comfort vs height... it was excellent. My last ride was 6 hours+ and I didn't think of my butt once!!!
