I normally take this mini van to the local Dodge/Chrysler dealership, but they recently closed. Service here is usually good and they seem to be honest. They take walk-ins for oil changes and if you come early enough and are willing to leave your car, they usually can accommodate you for other services as well. The oils change the Pacifica was $99.48 out the door for full synthetic oil that my van requires. They advertise fluid top offs and tire pressure set to factory recommendation, but not sure if they check anything else because when I got my car back, there is no multi-point checks and no mention of how the fluid levels and tire pressures are or how my tires look (which is odd for a tire shop). I keep an eye on my fluids and check my tire pressure/treads regularly, so it's not a big deal to me, but people who rely on mechanics to tell them if there is a problem, it would be nice to inform them on any potential issues of if everything checks out. At least they don't appear to upsell any services which is a good thing, just perform the service asked that is asked for.

He pointed out that my passenger window did not align correctly, and explained he could not install, nor guarantee his work unless this issue was resolved. Unsure of where to go, I asked Brandon, who recommended Andy's in Vacaville. Andy did an excellent job as well. Following that, I returned to Divine Impact to place an order for the top and arrange an installation date. It's important to note that Bandon does not add any markup to the parts. Customers order and pay for the parts directly with the part store, while Bandon only charges for his labor, which is reasonably priced. Turn around time was only 3 days. This occurred in early October 2025. As of January 2026, following several periods of heavy rain and storms, I am pleased to report that the convertible has not experienced any leaks. Though I do need to get a cover. Brandon is a man of integrity and very professional with great customer service. I appreciated that he prioritized quality over profit--and took the time to ensure the job was done right so I wouldn't face issues later. I am more than happy with the outcome. My car looks great! I went there today at 5:51 PM because I had a nail in my front left tire. I had called earlier at…read more5:36 PM to let them know I was on my way for a repair. When I arrived, the technician didn't remove the tire. Instead, he pulled out the nail and inserted a rubber plug from the outside. My husband asked why he wasn't removing the tire to patch it from the inside, as has been done for us in the past. The technician said the plug would be sufficient. However, we have come here several times before, and the standard service has always been an internal patch, not just a plug. Was charge $20 to insert a plug without an interior patching. I was not given an option or any explanation beforehand. I had clearly stated that I wanted a proper patch, not a temporary plug repair. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. They have lost our business, including four customers from our household.
