Probably one of the best ramen restaurant I've found in Arizona. Great place to eat at before going to Improv Comedy Theatre. Everything felt authentic and tasted very very good. I was only able to get a photo of my Ramen because I inhaled everything else I ordered it was so good. We ordered Crispy Chicken Karaage, Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna, and The Garlic Truffle Ramen. I highly recommend these dishes and I'm sure the others are tasty as well. Service was fantastic and always checked on us. The ambiance was very spacious and welcoming. read more

I've visited this place several times and I'll say that the ramen has been consistently delicious every time. The ramen is California style, so if you're expecting traditional Japanese style ramen, you may be disappointed. The broth is very rich and the combo is a great deal that'll fill you up. This place is more so fast casual dining, where everything is digital so the service won't be like your typical restaurant. But the ramen here is amazing and the ambience is very sleek and modern with Japanese influences, which matches the food perfectly. Definitely must visit. read more

It's funny that he didn't apologize until I wrote this up and now attempting to threatening me of my honest review. Excuse me sir, had you been professional, none of these would've happened. If you would like to lower your ego and rewatch that footage, maybe you can learn one or two things about F&B etiquette management and customer service. Talking about the footage, please do, but keep it original to see what you did. My sister was there that day so she wrote her own review. That's how frustrating you were to your customers! There's nothing more to talk about the customer service here since it shows clearly your management etiquette. Thanks for coming up here "clapping back at me" and showing your true color. I showed mine as a customer using your service and sure you showed yours as a business owner to the customers. I don't live in AZ, but for sure this is a one-and-never-again ramen shop for us. If you substitute the noodles from thick to thin, you'll pay $1 extra. It's not much at all, just weird. We went with 5 people and ordered a bunch of food. My order came out first which I asked to substitute thick to thin noodles. My cousin's came later which also asked for the same substitution and extra thin noodles. At first, for a first time eater here in this restaurant, I didn't realize the thickness of noodles. I thought i was eating the thin noodles the entire time until I picked a little more noodles from my cousin, then I knew the difference. Mine wasn't thin at all, I asked and showed the server. She nodded but then proceeded to ask the chef to come out to double down on me. She asked if I needed a new bowl, I said no since I almost finished mine and simply just wanted to let her know to not charge me $1. The cook/chef/noodles preparer or whoever his title is, came out and confronted me for a whole 15 minutes. Claiming he was the one tho made it and this order was very complicated. Lol if substitute noodles is completely complicated, quit your job and don't put it as an option for customers. That just proved how unprofessional and incompetent you are. I got super mad and asked if he wanted to eat my noodles to taste the thickness. He still stood there claiming my noodles was thin. Had it been thin, why the f*ck I needed you call you out for $1. Instead of just simply apologizing, you had to confront me and ruin my family reunion trip. I told him I didn't blame him or anything, just wanted to let them know to take of $1 substitution. So, what was your point? He rudely yelled "ok ok fine, fine" then walked away like a jerk that needed more love from his family that day. Zero customer service and nasty attitude. One simply cannot accept his own mistake. I wouldn't remember anything after eating if he hadn't come out to pick a fight with me. But, you did it, so here you have it. Enjoy! Lesson: prepare yourself , you'll never know when you have to boil your blood over $1 thick and thin noodles. And don't eat here on holidays, it ruins your spirit. read more

My co workers and I ate lunch here after seeing a reel of it on instagram. The service was great and the food came out in a timely manner. During lunch they have a ramen and appetizer combo for $20. Really good ramen. The noodles have a great bite. The egg is perrrfectly cooked. The broth is meaty and delicious. They also don't give you an insane amount. I feel like ramen places always give you way too much broth. I didn't love the pork belly instead of pork loin. The staff was wonderfully nice. The rice bowls are comically small. It's a little expensive. This place is SO loud. If I sound old it's because I am old. If you're over 30, I'd recommend you take it to go. read more

I had probably the worst restaurant service experience of my life here. After finding a long hair in my food, (not the same color as my own) I kindly informed my server about it and she went to go make me a new bowl. That should have been the end of it. But then she has to audacity to come over to my table and say these exact words, "Just to let you know all the chefs are bald." Then walks away. I was baffled at that point because she basically just accused me of putting my own hair in my bowl??!!?! Let alone the fact that I turned my head around and the chefs were NOT ALL IN FACT BALD. Long beards and hair and their heads actually (probably a health code violation because they were not wearing hair nets). And not to mention that the server has hair on her head?! If that wasn't bad enough I look over at my server and she is literally talking smack about me to her coworkers!! I'm absolutely pissed at this point and have already decided that I WILL NOT BE TIPPING OR COMING BACK THIS RESTAURANT. So as the server comes over with the bill, (after not checking up on us ONCE or apologizing) she is watching over me as I click no tip, then huffs and storms off! I wish I got her name because that was the most unprofessional experience i've ever had. I personally have worked in the restaurant industry for years in the past and this was the ABSOLUTE WORST WAY TO HANDLE THAT SITUATION. It was an overhyped ramen place. The ramen was a 2/5. The only thing that was good was the pork belly. The service was okay until the waitress decided to add their own tip before handing me the card device. I was gonna tip regardless but for the account she chose, nah. This place was not bad. Had 30 min wait but I really like the fact that their seating notification was via text message. I had the ramen blaze combo. It had all the good adds and the pork belly was very generous, I felt the broth could have been more "heavier" but the noodles were spot on! This review is regarding my uber eats order. I asked/requested for utensils -- I did not get any. The ramen broth for both broths was medium. One was supposed to be mild. Went here with my partner and a friend who never had ramen. I saw it on instagram and wanted to try it. For the three of us, we had 2 classic ramens, one with chicken and one with pork. I recommend the pork, you could literally cut it with your spoon. We had the California roll, the pork bun, and a chicken karaage rice bowl. The servers were so helpful and easy to track down when you need extra bowls or plates. There are options for everybody: ramen, sushi, or rice bowls. Would recommend! read more

This area is popular, plan to hunt for parking and maybe a little wait, but once you get in to eat you won't regret it. Service was great, they communicated and kept us happy. We tried three types of ramen and a pork bowl and we were all very satisfied with them. I have had ramen all over the world and this was in the top five. I had the truffle ramen with Chicken, delicious! I had so many noodles and other ingredients in the soup that I almost asked for extra broth to go for a second helping. My sister had the veggie ramen, holy cow! There were so many veggies and the flavor was spot on. My brother-in-law had the classic, and he enjoyed the richness of the broth and the delicious pork belly! My husband had the pork bowl and he enjoyed the cook on the pork belly. Nice and crispy! It was definitely disappointing ordering online, getting email confirmation that my order was ready for pick up and then being told 3 separate times that it will be 10 more minutes until it is ready. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and keeping me updated but it was frustrating to have to wait at the front for 30 minutes until the food that was "ready for pick up" was actually ready. I saw folks sit down and get their food faster than my order which was placed 25 minutes prior to arriving. Other than that the broth was decent, not a big fan of how the noodles were. read more

Getting to this place is a nightmare depending on the time of day, the parking lot is a joke. The restaurant has a great look to it; nice lighting and decor. The seats are not comfortable although they do offer some booth seating, which I assume is much better. Another thing to note, I wasn't a huge fan of the ghetto main stream rap music playing over the speakers, but it becomes unnoticeable if you zone out. The service at first was subpar. I was seated quickly but had to wait 11 minutes and some change just to get asked for my drink. By that time, I was ready to order. The food came out quickly which was a plus. The service got much better throughout the visits, very kind ladies. I highly recommend the boneless chicken. It's fried to perfection and the sauce served with it is great. Unfortunately the other food was below average. The california rolls were not great. The original ramen was decent, not much to talk about. In my opinion, everything is priced fairly (for this economy). Overall, not a place I can rave about or would strongly recommend. If a half star was possible, I would've given this place a 3.5 read more

I was excited for this place to open. We tried it in Cali and it was delicious. The truffle ramen and tsukemen ramen were top tier. The thick pork broth was comforting but not too greasy. Get the pork as the protein option to put in your noodles. It literally melts in your mouth. All the servers were nice and friendly and they recommend menu items if you've never been. I had the Tom Collins cocktail and for ten bucks it's light and bubbly but strong at a great deal! You also have to try the broccolini. Sounds basic but it was fresh and crunchy and the sauce they drizzle on there was mighty tasty! The chicken karaage was also really tasty. Can't go wrong with juicy deep fried pieces of chicken over rice. It was hot and fresh with a delicious savory sauce drizzled over it. For all you Ramen lovers. Silverlake did not disappoint. The energy from staff was amazing when we walked in. Started off with appetizer (Crispy chicken karaage) and that with the sauce was amazing. If you're a spice lover then definitely go with the blaze ramen because that was delicious. Capped off the meal with the two churros and ice cream. Definitely be coming back to get my Ramen fix. The service was fast, the food was great and the customer service was amazing. Been to many Ramen places around the area and i have to say Silverlake is definitely one to check out. read more
