He took the time to help us set up our seat settings and explained everything that we needed to know about the car. I know Lexus has better customer service than any other brand, but Scott definitely sealed the deal for us. This car was special ordered for my hubby from Arizona because he wanted certain features, and they made it happen (really fast, I might add). We previously owned an older Lexus and this new one had so many new features that Scott was willing to show us. He was also so nice to our kids that we brought with us, got to know all of us by name, and didn't get annoyed when my 5 year old was spinning around in a chair super close to one of the showroom cars (yikes). I am so surprised that the tags were already on the car, and all of the paperwork was ready when we got there. For my next car I am really swaying towards a Lexus solely based on the customer service (and I am an Audi driver). I really appreciate the fact that this transaction did not take all day, they offered incentives ($4500), and treated my WHOLE family with respect. I got to the dealership at the time I set up for this service, and an hour later they called me in to a service office and told me they were running behind but were starting on my vehicle at that time. An hour later, I got an invoice that said that the amount due was $56.73 - so much for "parts included." The invoice they gave me said regular oil (not synthetic, as promised) was used and a car wash was done also (however, the car had the same layer of dust on it that I came in with). She invites possible customers over and does not schedule them or let anyone know to expect you after she assures you that she will. For having scriptures printed on their receipts, they are the most dishonest mechanics I have ever dealt with. I took my vehicle for a simple alignment. They charged me over $120. I get a call saying that the camber will be an additional 250+. I declined and told them to align it without the additional cost. They went out of their way to adjust the camber to an extreme degree. So much so that the front end was vibrating on the freeway after 60mph. You could actually see that the bottoms of the wheels were tucked inward about 2 inches. It has never been that way. The wheels were not straight at all. Instead of doing it right they sabotaged it to an extreme degree thinking I would come back and pay the ridiculous prices for a simple $89 alignment which should already include Camber, Caster, and Toe. Careful, they will sabotage your car if you don't agree to pay their outrageous prices. DISHONEST. Using bible scriptures on their quotes/receipts to try and convince you of their honesty. TRASH. I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY. You have been warned.

I had to go to different mechanics to fix it from time to time. Hondas can last a lifetime if you take good care of them. My Honda lasted about 20 years. They're pretty low maintenance cars until they get a little bit older. I believe it was around for 105,000 miles. I owned another Honda but it unfortunately got totaled after eight years. Anyway... I didn't deal with the staff directly. A relative helped me out and took the vehicle for me. They dealt with the employees. They said everything ran smoothly with the staff. My main concern was if they could fix my car. They were able to do that...for awhile at least. I would consider taking another vehicle to them. Overall a good experience here. I'm not sure about the exact price. My relative took care of that for me (which I'm grateful for btw).
