Absolutely terrible workmanship and refuse to stand behind their install defects. I have a 2025 Suburban that needed a windshield removed and installed through warranty. The first windshield was installed high to the roof on the left and shifted as far right as the glass could go. Another replacement was ordered at this point and when that glass was installed the installer damaged the paint all the way around the edge of the glass. They also damaged the interior A-pillar and steering wheel in the process. Now the glass had to be cut out again and reinstalled. The edges of the glass was damaged in multiple locations and the rubber seal around the edge has now been replaced with a foam that is not up to the standard it should be. There was also excess foam sticking out about 1" at the top corners of the glass. This is absolutely unacceptable for a warranty repair whether it is within your spec or not. Now the dealer is ordering another new windshield and hopefully will find someone else to cut out and reinstall the new one. This will be the 4th windshield in my vehicle due to incompetent installers. read more

I have been coming to this location for Simbol for years. When I have the unfortunate need for a windshield or stone chip repair, they're the best. I can also say that if you comparison shop, they are by far a better value than the heavily advertised Safelite. Keep up the good work guys! read more

Windshield lasted about a year until it cracked again, that's not their fault though. The molding around the windshield came off on the driver side about a week after having the new windshield put in. I took it in and they put more glue on it. A few months later both sides came off and the windshield leaked along the top (causing the roof of my car to get water damaged) and the bottom wasn't sealed causing water to pour into my resistor and blower motor. I did save $100 on my deductible by going here - but I have spent that plus some getting the parts that went bad due to their neglect. I will be looking elsewhere for my next windshield replacement. More information (added 8/20/2013): I just took my car in to finally get the windshield replaced. The took the molding off (that didn't fit my car properly) and took the windshield out (which also didn't fit properly - it's an aftermarket windshield, so I understand it won't be a perfect fit). The place I took it to let me know that Simbol cut/scraped the paint at the top of where the windshield goes - this was causing the leak getting into my headliner. Now I have to get it sandblasted, primered and repainted to stop the rusting and leak. That $100 I saved with Simbol is now going toward sandblasting Simbol's mistake. Wonderful... read more

They had patience with my triple checking we were on the same page and was super flexible working with my needs to have the a windshield pulled and replaced in stages. I went in to get my windshield fixed because it had giant cracks everywhere that built up over years. Had my windshield replaced here, everyone was very friendly but was surprised when I was told it was going to take 3 hours to have it done. That I was not so upset about as I was when I got my car back there was what looked like to be glue or caulk all over my driver side mirror and across my door. I love technology, as it was the reason I found this vendor. Otherwise I would have no idea. I was driving around the area the other day for work (sales takes you all over the place, let me tell you), and I had a crack in my windshield for a few weeks at this point. Nothing too crazy, but it was annoying me none the less. I hear a cha-ching and look at my mobibo notification, free windshield crack repair. Felt as if someone was watching over me, which is scary to say the least. I pulled in, and they fixed it up pretty quickly. I was on my way, no questions asked. I must say, I was quite impressed, and if I ever need another fix, I might make the trip out to them to get it done based on this last visit. Here is hoping I don't need to though! read more

The first guys that came out to replace the windshield did an awful job, The rubber seal was all ripped up after it was replaced. I called the company and sent pictures. The owner Gus called me back immediately and said it would be fixed and apologized. He ordered a new part for the one that was screwed up and came out the very next day soon as my part arrived to replace it. He was very professional, speedy and thanked me for being a customer. Made an appointment to get a rear window installed a week in advance. I was contacted the Saturday before my appointment and was told that the glass was at another store and they couldn't make the appointment. I told them I could drive out to the other store and pick the glass up myself. The worker stated that was not necessary and it would be ready for my 830am appointment on Monday. I arrived on time and was told the glass was not there and my appointment was moved to 1030am. When I told the worker this was not acceptable his response was, "oh well mistakes happen. It's not the end of the world". He's right, they do happen. It would be a mistake for anyone to trust them. It would be a huge mistake to give your money to a business that treats its customers like fools for expecting their appointment to be honored. read more

I wish I would have paid the extra $75 to have Safelite do my passenger window glass. I had my car broken into and everything stolen which was bad enough, but I called and made an appointment to get my window replaced, which I showed up 6 minutes late for, but my appointment was at 10am, I left at 3:12pm. The 1st issue was that the guy fixing the window and the manager of the store were unaware that when a power window is broken on a Nissan or Toyota that the window mount will pop from the track because the weight of the window is what holds it on track, luckily the mobile installer happen to show up and show these two "gentleman" how to reinstall the window because they were asking me how to do it. The next problem was when they remove your door panel there is a plastic sheet that is attached with a caulk like gum so that it has the ability to be removed and reattached, also having the purpose of keeping the air and noise out of the drivers compartment, which I watched them remove off the customers truck prior to my car being serviced and watched that customer drive off with his air and noise barrier remaining in a ball on the floor of the shop. Once my car finally got the window installed the worker attempted to reinstall the interior door panel with my air and noise barrier balled up in the garbage, I stopped him and told him to remove the panel and place that plastic back on the door, he got upset but did not speak English, I'm pretty sure he was swearing, the guy in the office came out and told me I couldn't be in the garage area, so I explained to him that he needed to replace the noise/air barrier he said that he would have him do that. I waited as he replaced the barrier and the door panel, they pulled the car out and told me that it was complete, I went to my car and tested the window, looked down and there was a screw on the floor, I went back in and stated that they missed a screw, which they argued that the screw wasn't for the door, I told them to remove the panel so I could show them where it went, after they removed the panel I showed them where they missed a screw they replaced it, rushed to put everything back together and didn't allow the barrier to be put on correctly, attached the panel and told me I was done, none of the glass was vacuumed out, the barrier and panel were not installed correctly, so every time the door is closed or I hit a pot hole I here glass rattling and I can feel air come through the door handle, funny thing is that you can't feel it on the other 3 door handles, here's the deal if you have a junky car and it really doesn't matter use these guys because that's the quality of work you will get, if you have a nice car, take it to the dealer, or someone that is known for quality work, but don't bring it here!!! read more
