It was getting to be a bit too much and the lawn didn't even look that great after they would cut it. I found a better company who charges $6 less than this company to do a much better job and keep their word about what day they would come to do the lawn. I really don't think you should have to worry when you hire a lawncare company to come out and do your yard, you should get the service and be done. No calls should have to be made to get the guys to come to do the job your paying them to do. On top of that when your paying $36 per visit you expect that lawn to look good for that money. I didn't get that and sometimes I saw areas that weren't even cut or edged, which is what I would get billed for every month. Now, that I left them again I don't have to worry about this. If you want average services on your lawn then that's what Spellacy's will provide. I've so far experienced better services elsewhere for less money.

Trashy work all around. But the worst was the owner Jeff. Super arrogant, wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise, and one of the least professional people I've ever met. Go elsewehere.

He was patient and explained all of our options in detail to help us make the best decision, rather than guessing what we want. This helped us to find the right balance of value, saving money, and spending more on customizations only where we needed it. Everything moved quickly once we started and they stayed very close to the predicted schedule. Sometimes our house had unwanted surprises for them, and they were able to re-route pipes and electrical or modify the cabinet sizing on-site to make everything work in our space. When they made mistakes they were quick to take responsibility and fix it before proceeding. We've heard so many other horror stories from friends doing remodeling and we were lucky to find Cai Cabinetry. Jianshen takes ownership for his team's work and will personally fix anything until you think it's perfect. If he doesn't know how, he finds someone who does. From start to finish, Jianshen and team exceeded our expectations. First, we received multiple 3D renderings reflecting possible configurations. Then we were able to go back and forth with the team to customize as needed. Our space is a bit weird (uneven walls and floors, small space, awkward location of pipes and windows). This project required incredible attention to detail, and Jianshen and team delivered it, visiting our house multiple times to make sure the measurements were right. When it came time for installation, his team was highly skilled and able to make on-the-spot customizations with us to make everything fit perfectly and exactly how we had wanted it. I think what I really want to convey here is not only the fact that the work was done at the highest level of quality and attention to detail, but it was also a pleasure to work with Jianshen and team. Jianshen has a positive, can-do attitude. If you have a unique idea, you can bring it to him and he will likely find a way (and also give you all the details on what the solution will entail). For example, we wanted to restore our 1890s butler pantry - he figured out how to restore some of the original fittings so that the 125+ year old things work like new. We had done a lot of research and consulted multiple experts on this - only Jianshen figured out how to make it work! Jianshen is also incredibly knowledgeable about renovations in general, and we have asked his advice on multiple things beyond cabinets. He is very responsive in communication and hard working. The sales manager walked me through every line item; removal, new vents and gaskets, plywood, waterproof underlayment, insulation, ventilation, chimney flashing, etc. Our roof was measured 3 times by three different men on different days; the salesman, the job manager, and the crew leader. They have managers on site daily, along with team leaders. They followed the entire process with drone pictures and provided these for me to send to my homeowners insurance. Their pricing is honest and without surprises. The job, which is a filthy, messy, and dangerous undertaking, was performed with great skill. The crew arrived promptly at 0730 each morning and were working by 0800, cleaned debris daily with attention to detail. They used massive tarps to protect landscaping and plywood over the air conditioner. They blew debris from my roof and gutters daily, power washed and reapplied gutter guards, resecured solar panels for cameras, installed and wired 2 attic ventilation fans. Every piece of metal, which was created on site, was custom cut to our Mansard roof. I saw certificates and licenses for multiple trades. The workmanship is superb. Every member of the Gator Roofing team, from the offices to the crew members were professional, knowledgeable, top-quality people. I give Gator Roofing an A-ONE in customer service and craftsmanship and recommend them highly. I had 7 roofing estimates before I started.
