Broken faucets, broken stall doors, trash all over floor

Restrooms are horrendous. Broken faucets, broken stall doors, trash all over floor. Disgusting having to take the kids to use the restroom here.

It seems that this town center was a pleasant, open air mall with a few selection of stores but now it seems to be struggling , they need to need to bring more stores cuz now mostly are gone Right now it looks like a ghost town so sad to see this mall like this

DANGER !!! A handicap parking spot was removed but they left enough of the pole to damage a car, cause a serious trip hazard .

I'm giving this one star hoping to get the attention of the center management . I ran into one of Simi finest at Firehouse Subs. Showed him the photo and told him what my concerns were. he said responsibility was of the SVTown Center . He asked the manager in charge if he could have the phone number , then the manager & a few employees saw my photo and agreed that this was a hazard and they said they would contact Management too. I hope this gets the attention of the Town Center management before someone gets hurt or someone's car is damaged .

I went to the town center fair and I bought tickets. The ticket booth never gave us our money and the workers refused to give us a refund and had horrible attitudes. And refused to do anything to help us as accused us of of robbing them

This is a decent Town Center with different restrauants, retail shop, big warehouse shops and food places too. I took my wife here today on July 4th so she could go to the Brighton store which is one of her favorite store. We also stopped by Ulta and Marshall as well since it was on the way when walking around. We pass by California Pizza Kitchen, Red Robin and Larsen. I also been to the Macy here before they closed down the store. This is also an outdoor Town Center so be aware of this. There ton of parking here and they even have a Starbucks.

Simi Valley Town Center is one of my favorite places to visit while in Simi Vallley. It's always clean and has several shops to go to. My favorite part about this mall is the wide selection of dining options to choose from. This mall is also a lovely place to come to and just walk around, since it's outdoor you can stroll around and just enjoy the Southern California weather. The only thing that's somewhat sad about this mall is every year I visit, more and more shops close down.

    Stupidity at its best!!!

Not a big fan of outdoor malls but I remember when this place was new and people were so excited that Simi finally had a "mall". Unfortunately the mall was full of pricey retail shops that are now mostly gone. Who did the market research on Simi Valley shoppers??? Simi peeps want retail/discount shops that give them value for their dollar, entertainment, and dining options. If the town center had a Dave and Busters and retail establishments that cater to youth and were family oriented maybe it would make a come back. Whatever the reason for it's demise (beyond internet shopping), I hope that they figure it out and make the town center better. #1 on the list to make the town center better: remove the lousy train that runs through the narrow walkways almost running over pedestrians. I recall many times wrangling a stroller and two children walking when that stupid train came beeping directly towards us. Dumbest business model ever! Whoever the genius is who thought the liability was worth it to have teenagers drive a train through the mall should be fired!

    Merry Christmas to all

This place is a Ghost Town. There are a few stores that seem to be doing well. There's also a few good eateries here. They put the new movies theater, hopping it would bring in more people and it seems to be working right now. Bringing the right stores in here will help bring in more traffic flow and even maybe a farmers market with some type of entertainment and also a petting zoo. The view up here is also very pleasant.Maybe santa will help this year. The design and layout is very nice, just missing some pieces.I'm sure it's in the making tho.

Farmer's market at the simi town center so nice to see happy people having fun!

Not sure what was in that space before. Now if they find a replacement for Romano's Macaroni Grill, El Paseo Simi will be in really good shape as a local shopping / dining plaza. Still love their landscaping and water features. So many shopping centers these days seem to cheap out on design / décor items, so I like to celebrate those that keep it visually interesting. Due to the late / prolonged Spring season, there are scads of brightly blooming trumpet vines all over the accent columns along the perimeter of the property. They are visible to passers by on Tapo Canyon Road and Alamo Street. Though it was on the cool side, with the center's landscaping, it was very pleasant to sit outside to enjoy our pizza at The Slice House last night as the sun was slowly sinking in the west. I could hear one of the water features splashing away nearby, which added to the peace of the moment. I'm a fan of visiting the businesses in this plaza due to the attention to its design and landscaping/hardscaping décor.

We ate at Panda Express, while admiring the flowering trees outside their windows, and throughout much of the parking lot landscaping. I'm not sure what they are exactly, but the pink/white flowers definitely brightened up the overall property of the shopping center. After eating, I walked across to Famous Footwear and did a quick walk-through, and then on to TJ Maxx. It's great that those businesses were able to withstand Covid-19 and are still there for shoppers. Most of the major tenants are also intact after many years. There have been a few changes, mostly in the food court area near Kohl's. Carbon Health has gone in between TJ Maxx and Target as a new tenant. I believe that's an urgent care facility. The Marketplace appears to be a strong local shopping / dining plaza for Moorpark. Its location near the 23 freeway at L.A. Avenue makes for great convenience. Lots of free parking!

The first time I went in was right before Christmas, when I had just moved into my new home and needed a dining room table for Christmas dinner. Most recently, I stopped in looking for a single cabinet knob to replace one that was missing--and once again, they came through. (+) Huge space, variety of stuff, a few pinball machines, some shooting games (love Time Crisis and Area 51), sports, driving, fighting etc. (+) Great local alternative to big name entertainment places where you have to buy a game card, swipe, then quickly realize after a very short time you've run out of credit for the overpriced gameplay.
