Today I received the pumpkin pie facial which included a cleanse, microdermabrasion, and the pumpkin pie facial itself along with other amazing products on my skin! I have post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and I'm hoping this peel will help lighten my marks, so I will update this review in a couple weeks! Amira is very educated and nice! She made it a very comfortable experience by telling me every little thing she was putting on my face and how it would help my skin! My face felt incredibly smooth after the microdermabrasion and I really felt the pumpkin pie facial get deep into my skin- it has a slight tingly feeling, but nothing too bad! Update to review: I've now been in to see Amira multiple times and continue to receive great service and amazing results and I now book regular appointments with her. Highly recommended!! I've had plenty of peels, microderms, treatments, and lasers taken to my face and decided to come in and see Amira this weekend. She truly is amazing at what she does and she really knows her stuff! I am now 3 days post treatment and my skin is looking amazing, I have a visible reduction in the appearance of fine lines, most hyperpigmentation is gone and skintone is even, big improvement in texture and old scars are smoother, and I'm looking youthful and healthy. Microderm - first Amira started by cleansing my skin and went through a few more steps and explained what the products were that she was using, why she used them, the ingredients, and benefits. Next Amira began the microderm process which she REALLY took her time with, I could just feel all of the crud being vacuumed out of my face. Peel - next, Amira applied a glycolic pumpkin peel to my face which smelled absolutely amazing...I was tempted to taste it but figured that wasn't a good idea due to the chemicals :). Exfoliation - Amira then took a few extra steps to exfoliate my face and lips too, the organic lip-scrub was made by her and tasted absolutely fantastic (cotton candy, yum!). LED treatment - Next I sat in front of an LED light for a bit that Amira said would help plump my face and promote collagen production and let me tell you, boy was she right! A few days post treatment my skin is looking nice and plump in the areas that were a little sad before appear to have more volume. Finally Amira applied amazing products to my skin to finish up the process, along with a good slather of sunblock to protect my fresh skin. Amira was careful to give me post-treatment instructions on what products I should use, what I should avoid, and she also let me know what I could expect to see over the next few days with my skin. Overall this was a great experience, I'm pleased with my results and will be visiting again soon. The value of the service is also great, I'm used to paying about 3 times the amount for similar treatments at other spas (though Amira did WAY more) and I honestly cant say those over priced treatments provided better results. Amira truly educates you about your skin, different treatment options and products, and she will custom tailor your treatment based on your individual needs. Came here very hesistant and scared because I mean it's your face. Oh definelty dont want any mistakes there.You don't want to try new things not knowing the outcome. Amira was very informative. She gave me confidence that she knows what she is doing and very informative about her products. All I use now is the products she recommended. One of my favorite products is the vitamin C serum.
