I went in December '24 for Botox and they completely botched me. They put Botox on my eyelid (nobody has ever done this) they said it would open up my eyes and lift my kids. It hurt horribly and caused me to have a droopy eye. It got worse as time went in, the picture was only a few days later. When I called to let them know the woman that did my Botox couldn't fix it that day and I was told to call back, when I did they were away on vacation. Do not come here! First of all I should've know this place was a red flag when i seen that they have comfy throw blankets on their treatment chairs which is very unsanitary. I went it for micro-needling and my results were HORRIBLE. They messed up my skin so BAD. My skin has now been left with dark patches all around my cheeks and around my mouth area. I followed proper aftercare so i know it was not my fault. I reached out to them and the girl i believe her name is Chandler let me know that this wasn't normal and if i could send her pictures. They told me to go in so i can get pico lasering. But i decided i am not going to go back in to the place where they ruined my skin for them probably ruin it even more. No i'm just left with all these dark patches. I am so upset & disappointed. I regret coming here :( read more

Where do I start with this review, except by stating that there aren't enough stars to rate the service and my gratitude to Mai and Dr Fitz! For decades I've suffered from clenching and grinding my teeth during the day and night. Having Mai administer Botox to my masseter (jaw) muscles has stopped both the grinding and clenching, in turn saving more of my molars that were destined to fracture. I wish I had met this group many years ago, as it would have saved me from 4 metal implants and the pain / recovery time that goes with each incident. On another note ... the side effects of having my masseter muscles relaxed, also made my face slim and take on more of a natural facial feature than having a "boxy" face from both masseters being bulked up and tense. So I benefitted both functionally and aesthetically from the Botox applications and can't be happier with the results. I went last July for a lip flip, it was my first time getting anything done. I walked in and a dog was roaming around. I wanted to turn back because it seemed unsanitary. Nurse Mai did my lip flip and it seemed like she was busy that day, she lacked patience with my questions. I was asked what my budget was, I said nothing more than 100 and then proceeds to charge me around 100? I spoke to other places before and they never estimated a lip flip to be 100 and up. After the lip flip was done, she did not explain the aftercare and what I should be avoiding. Do not recommend this place! read more
