They produced a piece of jewelry with poor craftsmanship that was sized incorrectly. The jeweler did readjust the size, but wanted to charge double the quote at the end of the process. Ultimately he was an honest enough businessman to honor the original quote. All in all, I appreciate the work that went in, but I'm a bit disappointed with the final product.

Unfortunately, despite 3 emails to John, I've heard nothing back. 3 emails, including earlier correspondence between us, and John appears to have washed his hands clean of a product he sold. They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great. I managed to find a record and a cool poster before I even browsed the cafe menu. The barista was super chill and recommended some of their popular items to try for our first visit. We both opted for tiramisu iced lattes and we were not disappointed. The coffee base was excellent, and the flavoring was very balanced. My fiancé also got a lil' treat, courtesy of me, a mochaccino muffin, which got the thumbs up of approval. We both agreed that the space is cool and exactly the kind of spot we'd prefer to hang out in. Sweet Vinyl will definitely be in our coffee outing rotation going forward.

Their sections are not only labeled by genre, but within it they have the name of every artist available and even 80s, 90s, and 70s sections, which makes browsing so much easier! Every other record store I've been to only has it by genre, and that's if you get lucky! Their selection is also great as I have found vinyls here that other stores didn't have, and weren't even available online. Their prices are also great, much cheaper for a lot of vinyls (though not for all of them). I will most definitely frequent this spot!

I don't think this is the fault of the local Pharmacists. I do believe they are struggling with a poor IT system and poor upper management. It's no wonder this corporation is struggling and closing stores. I've transferred all my business to a nearby independent, family owned Pharmacy that has an incredible reputation. They took charge and made the transfer easy. Perhaps upper management for Walgreens should check out more independently owned Pharmacies to experience how an essential care business should be run. When I asked if it will be ready tomorrow Karen responded with "maybe" and I said what about Friday, Karen then responded with "it should be, is there something special you need it for". I explained I am going on vacation and I would like to wear my ring on vacation. Linda chimed in with "why would you want to wear it on vacation". I became very upset at this point and it showed on my face. Karen then said to me, "what are you going to do? Cry about it. You will be fine".After going back to the store on Thursday I found the Jeweler BROKE 2 prongs on my ring and it needed to repaired. I went back Friday and they claimed they "fixed it" not even a week later the diamond FELL OUT. There were many other unprofessional events that followed this interaction. Including involving family members and then proceeding to lie about it. I would not recommend Morré Lyons jewelers to anyone.

After insisting I wait, they couldn't put the back on properly because they didn't have the right tools. So, they asked me to return. The next day I was informed that the watch needed a new movement. Apparently, they broke the movement. After asking me to pay for the movement, I refused. They agreed to fix it. When I picked it up the following week, my beautiful watch could no longer keep time. You would think that they would check it before returning it.
