Unfortunately, we were informed that the maximum number of people allowed in the photo is two. As parents of three daughters who all attend the same ballet studio, this meant we were forced to choose which children could be included together and which child would be left out. We specifically asked whether all three sisters could be photographed together and were told no. In previous years, the photography company used by the studio allowed all siblings to participate in a group photo, so this restriction was surprising and disappointing. Family and sibling photos are often keepsakes that parents treasure, and limiting a sibling photo to only two children seems unnecessarily restrictive. The staff was polite, but the policy itself left us frustrated. Hopefully the company will reconsider this rule in the future so families with more than two children can be included together in the same photo.

I only got a few okay photos and at that point I was forced to pay for the full photo package when only sofew shots were decent because the package price was cheaper. They somehow missed snapping a critical pose in her dance which didn't make sense because she was holding that pose for at least a second or 2. I do not recommend them.

The studio is very clean and comfortable, with state of the art equipment. I normally feel awkward about photo sessions and getting my picture taken, but Steve made me feel very comfortable and confident, walking me through the whole process. He even took the time to sit with me and review our photos after, which many photographers don't take the time to do until days after through email. Needless to say, Allan Le checked all of those boxes and delivered on every one of them. We signed with him a year before our wedding. Throughout the process, Allan was very communicative via text and email. One thing that stands out to me is that our original engagement photoshoot date was forecasted to be rained on so Allan was very flexible in postponing it to a suitable date. At our engagement photoshoot, he knew where all the picturesque spots were at the LA Arboretum and came prepared with a wagon full of camera equipment. At our other location at USC campus, he found many inspirational shots that turned out amazing when we got the photo copies. On the days leading to our wedding day, Allan took the time to review our wedding schedule and provided great feedback on realistic time frames for each location. On the wedding day, he woke up early and arrived by 7am at my wife's location while he sent his assistant to my location to take pictures of me and my groomsmen. He was very knowledgeable about the traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony and gave great direction to everyone off the cuff because not everyone knew the process. Overall, he did a tremendous job throughout our wedding day to not be intrusive with our schedule, but rather, flexible with whatever we planned. Trust me, he's a very calm and easy-going guy. A few months after our wedding, we chose our photos to be added to the wedding photo album. Although it took a little longer than I thought, the final product was definitely worth the wait. We picked up the product at his house and it was well packaged, heavy, and had a thick picturesque cover. Each page was filled with great shots of happy memories on our engagement and wedding day, which our parents even complemented. We've already recommended Allan to a friend of ours and it was awesome seeing his photography craft on her wedding day, but as a guest this time. I highly recommend booking him or at least contacting him for a meeting.

Allan is really good at what he does and very professional. I'd compared him to riding a road bike through smooth pavement and with no rocks or bumps on the road. His photoshoots are already mapped out and ready to go. I was definitely impressed with the fluidness of his pace. Allan definitely did his homework and and mixed with experience makes him an amazing photographer. My wife and I got married on 11/17/2019. Since we've worked with Allan, we've been to so many other weddings where their photo lighting and coloring just does not compare to what we've gotten with Allan. They were all dressed like guests (not wearing all black). I guess this is how they capture raw emotions, by blending in with everyone. They were unobtrusive, polite and courteous, and actually fun to hang around with. The photos, simply put, are amazing! We were all surprised (in a good way) when they did a slideshow with the photos from early in the day! My cousin getting ready, and the ceremony, the music, the emotions, too much! But I really liked the fact that he was able to whip up a story in a few hours and had a HUGE emotional impact. That was the first for me. Instead of being a fly on a wall, Rengie showed us how to properly walk the aisle to ensure magazine-quality shots. He even instructed my aunt (bride's mom), the bridesmaids, the maid of honor and the bride how to properly cry without ruining their make-up. If that is not excellent customer service, I don't know what that is. Also just found out that they will be shooting another one of my cousin's wedding in a couple of months. My wife and I, like any other couple, wanted the best for our wedding day so we checked around. Having our wedding in the L.A. area, there are so many options to choose. We wanted someone who can make us look like celebrities but doesn't have to pay like one. We found a really good photographer but we have to choose if we want pictures or honeymoon. It didn't work out. Then came Renza Weddings. This is where Ms. Quality met Mr. Value. But like a love story, it didn't stop there. Rengie Mendoza, the main photographer, was very skillful and creative in his art. Not only that, but he is also very helpful in setting the right tone for our special occasion; he went to the places where our photoshoot will take place so he can adapt his style and be ready for the big day. The pictures were amazingly good! We actually did look like celebrities! And it's not because of make-up or anything, but the angles of the shots, the right amount and direction of the light, and the overall quality made our pictures something like a movie poster, or a magazine cover (I actually photoshopped a picture to be on the cover of Vogue magazine and our new friends fell for it). We landed on Duane because we liked his photo style, the light and bright true tone colors. Duane's prices were very reasonable for the package hours we requested. Unfortunately, Duane was sick for our wedding reception so we missed out on his photos. However, when he called me to break the news, he had already coordinated someone to take his place and connected us. That was very professional and helpful of him. He made sure I didn't panic and also sent me a recap of our conversation via email so I would be able to contact the new photographer. Duane is very calm and casual, so he is easy to work with, do not mistake his calm demeanor, he knows what he is doing and was great at posing us and making sure to get the best angles.
