I get the no chip gel -manicure (natural nails no acrylics) and they used a DRILL on my nail to get the previous polish off. This was new to me on a natural nail as I am used to the soak off method. The lady was friendly but was very fast, almost felt rushed. I was the ONLY one in there. They have a lot of color options and it's a clean a salon. Right as we were checking out, Tammy, technician, said I owed her $15 dollars from an appointment 2 weeks prior. She "forgot", she stated. I checked my texted receipt and I paid $185 for services provided for myself and my daughter at that appointment. She just said it was owed. No explanation. How tacky and of poor taste. She has our number and if we really owed money she could have called me. I am no longer a customer. Others on our local Facebook have stated similar experiences. A 5 year customer is now gone.
