The good: Did a fair job of cleaning the car interior and exterior. Streaks from wet towels on interior front windshield, things like this, so not great but okay. In short not near worth the $30 paid. The bad: They threw away two $15 Tervis insulated cups that were full (with drink and ice) that were in both cup holders (I dug these out of the trash because they would not). They completely changed both seat adjustments (both were all the way back and all the way up, all of the six way adjustments changed, and both seat heaters buttons were turned on high (why?). Moving the seat with these buttons was not necessary, it is a two seat car and one lever that is clearly visible will move each seat up and back to clean). Everything from behind the passenger seat (beach towel in storage bag, roll of paper towels, etc) was left in the seat itself (again, why?). In five years no other car wash has has done any of this. I recommend avoiding this car wash, obviously. read more

This place is the car wash environment I was looking for. I thought my car was cleaned fairly well. Some detail was missed but only because i knew where to look. I did hope for a 'smelly good' scent when I got in my car once it was finished, but other than that, I will return. It's close and affordable. read more

Simoniz always does a great job and they have excellent customer service. We don't go anywhere else!

I asked the person how much to clean my car completely, she said $110 for a detail. I paid. My car still has dog hair everywhere. If the owner doesn't attempt to fix I will likely issue a chargeback. Completely unacceptable. If you can't detail a car, don't offer detailing services. read more

My car wasn't SUPER clean but with the basic wash at only $5 can't really complain.

I purchased a 100.00 book of car washes. I pay 15.00 extra to have the exterior hand waxed.. Usually takes 30 minutes. First time drove all the way home and the interior windshield nor the dashboard had not been cleaned. Had to return the car. Now here the 2nd time. The car was parked on the side lot not even waxed. Asked them to buy remaining coupons back they refused. This is 2 times of very poor performance. The manager Brian said I should ask for him on my return visits to ensure it is done right the first time. read more

I have been using this car wash for several years.I always have gotten fairly good service. But today, they did an excellent job of cleaning and in record time. I am very particular about my car and its cleanliness. I was told earlier that it is under new ownership. Maybe this is the reason for improved service. read more

First time here. Got the $12 exterior wash with hand drying and wheel shine. Car looks great. If you need it absolutely perfect, then keep a microfiber towel in the car to touch up a few places later. Unfortunately they don't have a vacuum that can be used by customers. Interior cleaning costs more. read more

Did an above average job. I spent 100 dollars at this location for a detail wash inside and out. I chose package number one the first time I went because clerk told me they were too busy for the services I wanted, and yet the clerk kept accepting more patrons after close. They finished quickly, and I must say for 25 dollars I have received exceptional interior care elsewhere. It was depressing to see the inside still looking the same as before but I drove on. The clerk told me to come back and they would give me a discount. So later on that week I came for what I had always needed; a detail for my car. The clerk remembered me and told me he could only give me 10 dollars off. I didn't care about the discount because all I needed was exceptional service. I told the clerk about the poor job that had been done earlier. The clerk apologized and told me "they were so busy". Again, why is it my problem and who cares if the business is busy. Please don't make me pay for something that I can't actually get; that's criminal. Service purchased wereCarpet wash interior wash. Car came out looking nice, but there were stains that had been neglected to be washed and parts of the car that had been neglected to be vacuumed. For me, they didn't wash my cup holders even though I pulled them out and set them on the seat. The cashier was trying to be funny and it was awkward. This place always gives me a wonderful car wash with excellent service!! They never rush my vacuuming like other places and I have a big suburban! Other places always had to redo the inside vacuuming but this places always has my car looking great! The managers are all nice and Sean is especially friendly. When my battery died at the nearby local library, I walked over to Simoniz to ask if they would be willing to jump start my car. Their manager walked over to the library and graciously jumped off my car and would not accept payment. TRASH! Complete and utter waste of money! Better off doing it yourself. For $22 (plus mandatory tips) my car wasn't clean inside, after complaining they "re-did it" half a$$ed, and it was still a mess. Car was full of dust and half vacumed. I could and ALWAYS do a better job myself at my local self-service for $4:99, but was on a tight schedule, so decided to have it done by "professionals"... Lesson learnt! read more

A dreadful experience today. Got the top wash and an interior detail. When I was leaving, I suddenly noticed 2 matching scratches in the driver window and passenger window. I went to the mgr. and he began some non sensical convo about where did I buy my car did I roll the windows down. I was appalled. Tried to make the damage somehow my fault ! He was exceptionally rude and had no intention of taking any responsibility for the damage done by the car wash. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service in my life. I am following up with his boss and corporate Monday but what a hassle. I will never go back. read more

To be fair, I've been here several times and usually select the $13.99 package. I have been satisfied, recognizing that you get what you pay for. But today, my van needed more so I chose the $29.99 package. Big disappointment - the back was not completely vacuumed and the surfaces in the back were not wiped down. I did not get what I paid for today - I wish I had noticed before leaving. I'll go back but will not choose any more expensive packages......... read more

The management of this location is very helpful and interested in making the customer happy. I had my car washed this week and the rear wiper arm was torn off. They immediately indicated they would take care of it. Got a call today (3 days later) saying they had the replacement and would put it on for me. They did exactly that. The manager on duty was helpful, honest, and apologetic for the incident. They have a very nice waiting area also and do a good job of cleaning the car. I appreciate their responsiveness in taking care of this matter for me. I'll go back! read more

I paid for a carpet shampoo and detail wash, and spent nearly an hour waiting on my car. Once my car was washed...it was parked in a space out front. After nearly 35 minutes of sitting...observing no one working on my car, I went to find the manager. He said that they were really busy, and that the employee that wrote up my ticket should have told me that it would take a while. I accepted his answer, and went back to the waiting area. Once my car was pulled into the detail area, the employee spent less than 10 minutes cleaning the carpet in my car, before backing my car out of the detail area and waving a towel for me to come out. At this point I realized that I had not only wasted an hour of my day, but also wasted $45 for carpet cleaning that was only partially done. When I returned home, I could still see stains under my seat and along the seats. Had the person cleaning the carpet in my car taken a little pride in their work, vice just trying to do it fast, they would have cleaned those areas as well. I would not recommend Simoniz Car Wash to my family or friends. read more

First visit here was great, only $13.99 for outside and inside (not full detail of course). They did a fantastic job - vacuumed the inside and wiped down very well and the outside looked great. Second visit - not so great. I visited again due to the great wash I got the first time. This time around they didn't vacuum the seats and completely ignored the trunk to include the rear window and vacuuming. They didn't wipe the center console either. I know, it's just a $14 car wash, but still. They supposedly have a 48 hour rewash - which the cashier told me both times I visited. I work close by so thought I'd go back on my lunch break to have them redo the inside. Poor choice. I sat in line for 10 minutes (holding up people behind me as well) waiting for the man to get the manager. Why should I have to justify to 2 different people that I want it redone if it's a service you openly offer? Made me feel like I was doing something wrong for going back! My advice - if you're going to offer this as a service when people are checking out don't give them such a hassle to run the car back through. I may go back, but I definitely won't be using the rewash option. read more
