Their Machine damaged my car. I was going through the car wash as normal when I got to the end their rollers malfunction and my car was sucked back into the wash backwards hitting another car so now I have two tiny holes in the back where my car collide it with someone else's license plate it wasn't a large impact, but I have damage. I did an incident report online. I was told to go to the facility to make an incident report and I did spoke to Teresa. Teresa told me that I was wrong and there was no way my car would've gone backwards unless I hit the reverse night. I saw the video my reverse lights are not on the lights that she saw where the lights from the facility those LED lights I had my phone in my hand and my feet took under me at the time. Her coworker told Teresa that I said that I put the car in reverse that is not what he said to me when it happened. He said the rollers malfunctioned and the car just started rolling backwards because it is a slight hump to get out so yeah the car is gonna roll backwards if it's in neutral while filing my report, Teresa showed me the video as I stated earlier once I finished the report she had already said it I'm gonna deny everything but she at first told me she will give me a copy of the video to show that I was wrong. I was not wrong and because she was argumentative and I finish filling out the report she said I can't give you a copy of it now he'll have to call you back in a few days and talk to you about it so I asked who is him and he who is going to call me back someone last name Hernandez well, we'll see if Mr. Hernandez calls me back because my car is smart enough to know if I put on the reverse they don't wanna admit damage of course, but it is their fault. she kept telling me I'm not gonna argue with you. I'm not gonna argue with you. I told her ma'am I am arguing with you. You Assumed because I am stern and black and you haven't heard the incident account from me that I am wrong and I'm am A black woman so I couldn't possibly be correct. I am upset about my car, but you automatically assumed when I walked in the door when I told you what happened that I caused the problem. Well, you automatically put someone on the defense when you point the blame at the customer I know what I did and I know what I did not do . I've been to car washes before . I want everybody to know what bad service this place provided for me and although I had to go through the car wash a second time and there was no incident I will never ever ever come back here and I will continue to rate them badly on every platform that is available and I hope that most people will stay away from this place. Very confusing experience for someone visiting the first time. When you enter you select your package from the machine and pay, then drive around and you stay in your car and go through the wash, i had trouble lining up my car. .. very embarrassing. After the wash, I wasn't sure to turn left or right then I went to the drier area and I wasn't sure which lane to go to, nobody provided direction. One lady spoke and was friendly and the guy didn't say anything. I assumed i would go to the waiting room so that's what i did. While in the waiting room, I looked up and noticed the guy was waiving a ready sign. I had no idea I had to watch out for the sign. Overall too many stops and the wash was so so for the price. This was my first visiting Mr.Clean Car wash in Norcross w/ my EV. I pulled in and was trying to figure out how to place my vehicle in neutral however the attendant was extremely rude. Instead of allowing me to place my car in neutral he rudely told me he's just going to refund my money. His customer service was horrible and honestly he shouldn't be the first representation that customer experience. I stopped going to the car wash near my house because customer service is awful so I came here because I use this car wash as self serve when I'm in a crunch. Today I wanted to try their full service which would save me time and they also include sanitizing which is amazing. I paid $36 for a "platinum" package. Thankfully I'm here early so there is no wait. Once I went through the manual car wash I parked in the full service and two ladies were waiting to service my car. The one lady was super polite and greeted me. Both had on masks and gloves. I got out sat on the bench and enjoyed the weather. One lady cleaned the passenger door for like 5 minutes straight. At first I thought well she is very detailed. Then maybe ten minutes later the nice lady said they were done. I didn't expect it so fast but was impressed until I got in. Seats are leather so not a hard clean with product yet it still had dirt on it. Back passenger window has a film on it. Middle console still dirty. Carpet could've been better. The exterior is literally the only thing good about it and I honestly could have just paid $16 to get that done. Needless to say I won't return. Great car wash experience! I came here this past weekend when the weather looked a little rainy and there was very little wait. The staff was friendly and I was really happy with how thoroughly my car was cleaned. Thoughts and Recommendations: - Purchasing the wash/package you want is a bit confusing.This car cash does have self-serve vacuums available but they don't mention it anywhere! SO, if you don't mind cleaning your own car and want to save some money, then go head and only pay the $8-12 for the wash only. Once you go through the wash you will see a sign pointing to the right where the self-serve vacuums are located. I didn't know this so I paid $20 for the bronze full service. - I agree with other reviewers that the service is slow. BUT, the question here is- What would you rather have? Would you rather them clean your car really fast and not do it well or have them take their time and have your car properly cleaned? I waited 30 minutes, noticed the employees were taking their time but they did a phenomenal job. I've been to other places where I wait for 1 hour and my car still looks dirty. This has to be quite possibly the most inefficient and unorganized car wash I have ever been too. The place is obviously understaffed; they have one person performing vacuum, interior cleaning, windows and rims and tires for each vehicle. Not to mention the rip off pricing; an exterior was is $20 and then a vacuum and interior cleaning is a $16 add on; that's bullshit. Good service, professional and my car is sparkly clean. The experience was great. You pull up and was greeted by the 'line' handler. After selecting y our wash /clean package, your vehicle is run thru the cleaner. Following that, the crew wipes down the insides and outside. I think the crew did a good job. They worked the nooks and crannies of the car. They even found my long lost widget in the car. So I knew they really did a deep cleaning. Will definitely return to this facility read more

I need to wash my car a lot because of travel. My husband decided to get me a car wash pass so that I could go as often as possible. I have been enjoying my visits coming to this location. But today my experience was not the best. As I arrived the gate would not open. I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to come to help. And even after the guy came he still had me wait another 3 minutes be for I could pull up to go through. Once he came I proceeded going forward and I started to hear my car tire make a loud scraping sound. I put my window down to ask him what it was but he just ignored me and told me to keep coming up. I stopped my car and got out to see what my car was rubbing against. He was just laughing and it really wasn't funny. So I asked he to let me just leave. If a person is telling you that something isn't right and you keep telling them to pull forward that isn't a good thing. Some of these people don't care if you mess your car up. But I like my car. So please be aware when you come to this car wash. Afterwards I went back to speak with the manager. She was pleasant and she assisted with me getting my car washed. I had a really great experience here! My car was disgusting from a recent trip to the beach with the dogs and when I got it back it looked almost new! I was expecting this place to be super expensive and came equipped with my own interior cleaning tools to help offset the cost. But it was about $28 to have them clean the exterior and interior, whereas just the exterior was already pushing $20. I decided to splurge a little and went for the whole works. The waiting area is pretty comfy, with tons of seating as well as a TV to keep you entertained. It wasn't too long before my car was ready, but walking up to it I noticed that there was still black smudges in between the tire rims. Once inside the car, I noticed that the interior of the door jams had not been touched. I went home and finished cleaning and wiping down the interior. I wasn't thrilled, but hey, my car was pretty clean at this point which was better than how it looked when I pulled in. read more

I've always been a fan of Mr. Clean products, so my husband and I figured we'd give this place a shot. His Miata was filthy and we live nearby. The prices are very reasonable. For a full service cleaning inside and out it goes up to $28. For an exterior only wash, it goes up to $15 for the "Gold Wash" which is what we chose. The gentleman who directed us to the wash and took our payment was very polite. He even offered us some towels in case water got into the car. We declined the towels, as the car has not leaked before. The wash was quick, but thorough. When we got home, we were impressed with the amount of dirt and grime the wash removed. We'll be returning! Awful! Go ANYWHERE ELSE! I took my car through full service and not only was there still pollen left on the outside, but when I pointed it out of the guy, he said it needed to be pressure washed. I took a damp towel and wiped some of it off. He just shrugged as if to say, "so do it yourself". The car wash attendant before pulling in to actually get a car wash was so rude and told me I was on his time and could wait. Although there were no other cars in line to be washed. I pulled in at 11:45am and wasn't helped until 12pm. When I finally did get my car washed the interior part took an hour while cars that came after me came and went. I went here close to closing. The young Manager let me in after this Mexican Chick pulled down the doors while my car was in line to go through the wash...both doors...SMH I had gotten out of my car to go find someone to guide me in but was there just before closing. Anyway, I didn't get the Managers name but he was amazing. He made sure you had change to tip the staff (who by the way were Awesome on the day I went). Good looking out for the staff. My car was shining like new when I left there. My Daughter had told me about them since she visits the Pleasant Hill location regularly and her car is always shining.
