The desert landscaping is cute and well-maintained! Inside, the building is spacious, clean, plus staff is friendly, and always willing to help. Most recently, I had a CT scan with dye and this was my first. The CT scan dye is different than an MRI with dye, so FYI. Part of the prep was to drink lots and lots of water starting an hour before the procedure and then again more water afterwards, including bringing a water bottle with me. Since I was wearing stretchy clothes, I could keep them on and only needed to take off any metal, including my bra. There are numerous lockers in the imaging waiting room, that I could lock away my bra and water bottle, then take the key with me. I always take my purse/valuables into the imaging room. Once in the room, I signed some paperwork, and the attendant asked if I had allergies and on rare occasions, a person could be allergic to the iodine dye used on the CT scan. She administered an IV on my selected arm (right) and when it was time, ran a little contrast into my vein to test and all was good (if there was a reaction, an itchy feeling in my throat could come up). When the full contrast is injected, I experienced a warm feeling all over. It faded within a minute or two, and then I just felt myself again. The CT machine is a donut vs an MRI tunnel. The CT machine is very fast; the whole procedure took about 15 minutes. There is a computer voice that talks and tells me what to do as the table gets pulled in and out of the donut. "Breathe in and hold it", then release. I had to do this multiple times. Also, the attendant guided me to put my arms above my head before everything started. I had a headrest and a leg rest. It was very comfortable.

I will never go to them again.

If you need to use the restroom you do have to ask the front desk for the key. My daughter went there for her first MRI and, as a parent, that can make you a little nervous because you are not sure how they will handle someone who has never done it before. The staff was very accommodating and took the time to explain the process to her so she knew what to expect. They were patient and made sure she felt comfortable before getting started. They also allowed me to be near the room to help her through the process, which I really appreciated. Those small gestures make a big difference when your child is going through something new or a little intimidating. Overall it was a positive experience and the staff made a situation that could have been stressful much easier.

Instead of issuing it their billing company MSN Healthcare Solutions actively attempted to collect an additional $262.35 I did not owe -- while simultaneously holding my money. My insurance company had to intervene four separate times over seven months to resolve this. Each time a refund deadline approached Pueblo submitted a new corrected claim deliberately resetting the clock. One claim was denied due to their own filing error. They ultimately reduced my refund through improper billing code unbundling. When I filed a BBB complaint their response repeatedly characterized this as a simple premature billing statement -- a dishonest minimization of a deliberate pattern of delay and predatory collection practices. They never took accountability. Know your rights as a patient. Verify every claim with your insurance company. Do not pay anything without confirming with your insurer first. What they did to me they are likely doing to others who don't know to fight back.

MRI PATIENTS BEWARE! I recently went to get a MRI done at this SimonMed Imaging center in Las Vegas…read moreand I had a horrible and very dangerous experience. I was told three times by a very young and very arrogant lab tech who did my MRI that I definitely DID NOT need to remove the two metal partial dentures in my mouth for my MRI even though my head would be inside the MRI machine during the MRI. The older and more experienced woman assisting this arrogant kid did not say a word while he insisted to me that I could and should wear my metal dentures in the MRI. Fortunately I did not listen to this idiot lab tech boy doing my MRI and I removed my metal dentures at the last minute before getting in the MRI machine. That decision might have saved my life I found out later. I have no idea how in the world something like this could ever happen, but it did. Fortunately I remembered from a previous MRI that ALL METAL needed to be removed from my mouth and my entire body to avoid DEATH OR SERIOUS BODILY INJURY!! I have since talked to several doctors and personal injury lawyers about this MRI experience and they all agree this was either total and complete incompetence by two SimonMed employees or maybe something much worse like racism!! The problem with wearing metal in a MRI machine is that it can not just screw up the tests and damage the MRI machine, IT CAN ALSO KILL YOU OR CAUSE SERIOUS AND PERMANENT BODILY HARM!!! How did this two SimonMed lab techs not know that?? Why would they try so hard to convince me not to remove my metal dentures!? What the hell is going at SimonMed imaging in Las Vegas? Phone answering is not exactly a 5 star experience here but for the most part it was fairly easy to get in touch with this office. If they do not call you back when they say they will, just call them back. That's what we did. The location on Corporate Circle is easy to get too and there are plenty of parking spaces outside of the office. The office itself is nicely organized, with plenty of seating and spaced for you if you happen to be in a wheelchair. I like the decorations and everyone that we have come into contact with was nice and friendly. We've never had to wait very long to be brought to the back for our appointments. Actually, when we've shown up early, we were taken back early as well. I think that they are really good with timing here and I appreciate that. Dr. Grudzinski and his nurses are awesome. We really liked his bed side manner and how he made sure we understood every aspect of the procedure/surgery. He (and his nurses) were extremely professional and seem to care a lot about their patients. I really appreciated being spoken to like a human and being given all the information without any judgment when I asked a question. The care this team provides is amazing and if we ever have to come back, I'm glad we will be in good hands again. Also, no scar! Thank you Dr. Grudzinski!

I was a patient at this office for years, so I was extremely disappointed by how I was treated…read more I requested a doctor's note for work and was told Heather would take care of it. Unfortunately, after nearly two months of waiting and repeated phone tag, the letter still had not been handled. I finally had to go to the office in person just to get something I had been requesting for weeks. While I was there, I specifically asked to speak with Heather, but the office manager never had her come up to speak with me. Instead, I was told there had been a lack of communication with the doctor. After waiting two months and having to advocate for myself in person, I received the work letter the following day. What was most upsetting was that I then received a letter releasing me as a patient. After being a loyal patient for years, I found the timing and the way this situation was handled extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I understand that offices get busy and miscommunication happens, but patients should not have to spend two months repeatedly following up for an important work document, only to be dismissed from the practice after expressing concerns about how their request was handled. This experience completely changed my opinion of this office.
