Beware of their billing practices. After my visit in October 2025 I overpaid and was owed a refund. Instead of issuing it their billing company MSN Healthcare Solutions actively attempted to collect an additional $262.35 I did not owe -- while simultaneously holding my money. My insurance company had to intervene four separate times over seven months to resolve this. Each time a refund deadline approached Pueblo submitted a new corrected claim deliberately resetting the clock. One claim was denied due to their own filing error. They ultimately reduced my refund through improper billing code unbundling. When I filed a BBB complaint their response repeatedly characterized this as a simple premature billing statement -- a dishonest minimization of a deliberate pattern of delay and predatory collection practices. They never took accountability. Know your rights as a patient. Verify every claim with your insurance company. Do not pay anything without confirming with your insurer first. What they did to me they are likely doing to others who don't know to fight back. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pueblo Imaging in Henderson. My husband had a scheduled barium enema appointment, and because he was required to be NPO, we left our house early and arrived on time. Only after we got there were we told that our appointment had been canceled because their machine was down. What is most frustrating is that no one called us beforehand. A simple courtesy phone call would have saved us an unnecessary trip, especially since my husband is recovering from major surgery, has an ileostomy, and had been fasting for this procedure. Instead of receiving advance notice, we had to scramble to find another imaging center. We were forced to drive about 45 minutes to another location in Summerlin, where the earliest available appointment was several hours later. This meant my husband had to remain fasting even longer while we waited. I understand that equipment can fail unexpectedly, but communication and consideration for patients should never fail. Patients deserve timely notification when appointments are canceled, especially when they have prepared for a medical procedure that requires fasting. I hope Pueblo Imaging improves its communication process so other patients and their families do not have to experience the same unnecessary stress and inconvenience. read more

Pueblo Medical Imaging is located on the first floor of the building 100 to the right in the Smiths shopping center, which makes it pretty easy to find with plenty of parking nearby. If you need to use the restroom you do have to ask the front desk for the key. My daughter went there for her first MRI and, as a parent, that can make you a little nervous because you are not sure how they will handle someone who has never done it before. The staff was very accommodating and took the time to explain the process to her so she knew what to expect. They were patient and made sure she felt comfortable before getting started. They also allowed me to be near the room to help her through the process, which I really appreciated. Those small gestures make a big difference when your child is going through something new or a little intimidating. Overall it was a positive experience and the staff made a situation that could have been stressful much easier. read more

Avoid this place for imaging or diagnostics. I had to wait nearly 2 hours. I was scheduled for an MRI without contrast at 3pm and told to arrive 15 minutes early. I checked in 30 minutes early and waited almost 2 hours before asking the receptionist what was happening. My appointment is at 3, and it's already past 4pm. The receptionist said they needed to restart the MRI machine, but I doubt it because they called another MRI patient who just arrived, passing me in line. It was very disappointing and a waste of time. Had to cancel the appointment and left because there is no assurance on how long I have to wait. Don't waste your time here--go to Steinberg instead for excellent patient/customer service. read more

This place does a good job getting you in to get the x-ray but the follow up is horrible. My daughter broke or sprained her wrist in a scooter accident. I got the referral from the Pediatric Urgent Care and called this place to get in. Got it done and insisted they send it asap over to urgent care to see if my daughter needs a cast. This was Saturday. Sunday was a wash. So Monday I called them because urgent care has not received the x-rays. They said it would be 3-4 business days. Her arm maybe broken (which it was) but wait until we are ready to send it. Horrible follow up. I get a hold of the orthopedic doctor to get a cast and they are going to take another x-ray. Techs and staff are extremely friendly and professional! We didn't have an appointment, went in, gave the referral, Id, and insurance card and were called within 15 minutes! The office is on the first floor on the right side, very easy to find. The office looks very clean and has plenty of seats for patients to sit while waiting in the lobby area. I'm writing this review based on repeated negative experiences at Pueblo Medical Imaging's Henderson location, specifically related to the front desk staff. While I understand that medical facilities can become busy and stressful, there is no excuse for the lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and basic courtesy consistently demonstrated by the administrative team at this location. From the moment I entered the facility, I felt dismissed rather than welcomed. The front desk employees displayed behavior that was not only unprofessional, but also discourteous. On multiple occasions, I observed staff laughing loudly among themselves while actively "assisting" clients. Rather than making patients feel heard and respected--especially those who may already be stressed or anxious about their medical procedures--they seemed distracted and uninterested in providing meaningful support. What was particularly frustrating was the complete lack of eye contact or active listening. When I asked questions about paperwork and scheduling, I was either ignored mid-sentence or given short, dismissive answers--often while the staff continued chatting among themselves or glancing at their phones. Any attempt to gain clarity or ask for assistance was treated as an inconvenience rather than a part of their job responsibilities. This is especially disappointing for a healthcare imaging center, where patients come with serious health concerns. At the very least, patients deserve basic respect and professional interaction. Instead, the disorganization and inattentiveness made an already stressful experience worse. To be clear, this review is not a reflection of the imaging technicians or medical professionals at Pueblo--who may very well be doing excellent work behind the scenes. But the front line of any medical facility is the first impression, and in this case, that impression is consistently negative and, frankly, unacceptable. I strongly encourage Pueblo Medical Imaging's management to take this feedback seriously and invest in proper training--or re-evaluation--of the front desk staff. A welcoming, professional, and attentive front office is not optional in healthcare; it is a necessity. Until changes are made, I will be looking for alternative imaging centers in the area and will advise others to do the same unless they're prepared for a frustrating and disrespectful experience right from the front door. PS: Considering the consistency in these behaviors from visiting this location in between multiple years 4-5 family friends & so on, it's more than likely the feedback won't be taken.. Nor will the mgmt & or employees clean this up & act like they care about assisting clients that walk in giving the location business....... Rarely take the time to even think about giving ratings... I come to PMI because it's who my insurance authorizes. Also, my OB/GYN is in the same building on the third floor, it's quite convenient. I've been in about 3 times now and I have received approximately the same care each time I have been in. I had my first mammogram last year and I was completely worried about it. My mom would overdramatically claim that it's the worst pain her breasts have ever felt and that they squeeze you until you can't breathe. I don't like pain so I was very apprehensive. The technician helping me knew it was my first time and was so nice. And honestly, maybe I'm just lucky, but this procedure doesn't hurt me. It's uncomfortable, absolutely. And the machine pressed against my upper chest/neck did hurt but the person tried to be as quick and efficient as possible to prevent more pain. This last time I came in, I needed an ultrasound on my veins. Again, super nice and made me feel very comfortable. Explained what was happening and how it would feel. He warned me when he was going to press down, so I wasn't shocked by pain. He also helped clean up the goo/lube they use for the machine, which was super helpful to not have to get up and spread it around, then try to clean it. The people at the reception are the "worst" part of coming here. It's hit or miss with the rudeness level. But honestly, I didn't come here to make friends. As long as billing and my appointments are correct, I couldn't care less if the person asks me how my day is or makes small talk with me. The waiting room looks a bit small but you can ask to sit in the waiting room behind the door as well. read more

Some of the radiology workers are helpful, yet they also know that the place they work at sucks. I felt the vibe. When I asked about getting my results online, I was told they don't have this availability, which also let me know this place is not looking out for the patient, but for the company's own best interest ($$$). Additionally, I keep receiving TEXT MESSAGE notifications saying I need to pay my bill. However, this was paid a month, or two months, ago. Ask your PCP for another place to have your need addressed. Terrible front desk experience! My doctor friend referred me here for my NT ultrasound. When I called to make the appointment, I specifically asked for the cash price, and I was told it would be $150. On the day of the appointment, the front desk lady suddenly told me the cost was $175. I gave her $190 in cash and asked for a receipt. She took the money and told us to wait in the seating area. I assumed she would return with my $15 change and the receipt. But after the ultrasound, when I went back to the front desk, she claimed I had only given her $170 and said the money had already been sealed in an envelope. She even opened the envelope in front of me and counted $170. I told her again I gave $190, but she still asked if I had $5 more, and she said if doesn't then it's fine. I only had $3 in my purse and gave it to her, just to end the situation. After this ridiculous thing happened I looked around, they don't even have a camera there, so I thought I had no way to prove anything. I didn't file a complaint, but it was honestly very disappointing. And today, I received a bill from Pueblo for OB first trimester with $413? -- this charge out of no where, also when I paid in cash and was never informed of any extra charges. Went here last month for a mammogram after Steinberg Diagnostic and Desert Radiologists had 1-2 month long waits for ANY appointments at any Vegas metro location. I told my friend who is a medical doctor about my predicament and he suggested Pueblo Imaging. Within 48 hours of my friend telling me about this place, I had already completed my appointment! Staff was SUPER nice. I actually fainted during my mammogram. The tech said that it happens because people are nervous or dehydrated, or both. She gave me 3 cups of water, wet cloths and an ice pack for my neck and head and peppermints. She even brought in the ultrasound tech to make sure I didn't faint again. The ultrasound tech did my breast ultrasound and was also extra nice. The results were super fast and I was told I had a benign cyst, not cancer, which immediately made my stress levels go down. When you're in pain and something as scary as possible cancer is looming, you shouldn't wait a month or two for imaging. If it's actually cancer, you want to catch it quickly. If it's not cancer, you don't want to be sick with worry for months before you're seen. I also appreciated that even though my OB ordered imaging for one breast, Pueblo called my OB immediately to get verbal authorization to do both to err on the side of caution. Fabulous service and patient care and FAST! 100% will be using them again despite Steinberg Diagnostic being a infinitely closer to my house. read more

Got in in one week... i went into mamo room, undressed and the tech immediately shoved my boob UP into "vice". I told her she was hurting me and pulling my skin.... I was on my tip toes.. she kept saying well, I have to get it all! i told her I was in pain as she was ripping my skin, she said "oh a little dramatic"...... Do yo think this is being dramatic??? We had an appointment, showed up only to be told that the referral from a month ago still had not been received. I called to reschedule and make sure referral was received, showed up at the scheduled time only to be told that the appointment was for the following week, or I could go to the other location across town. We now have our 3rd appointment scheduled. Hopefully the appointment isn't screwed up again. I have been going to Pueblo for maybe 10-15 years. I have no idea what is going on there recently. I have had two horrible experiences in less than 3 months. I doubt I will ever go there again. 1st visit this year, I took time off work for appointment. I check in and paid what they said I would owe. Girl that checked me in was very rude! They call me back and tell me I am scheduled wrong and if I want to be seen it will be several hours. I was not happy! They told me they could void my payment and should be a couple days to get my money. It took almost 2 weeks. I left a message at the office for a manager to call me back. Of course I never got a call. I went back today to get my tests done. This was another weird horrible experience. I had a mammogram done and Dr wanted me to get ultrasound done also if needed. After my mammogram she told me to sit and wait for the ultrasound to be done. But I guess the ultrasound tech said I didn't need it because that's what the radiologist said. So after 45 minutes waiting the mammogram tech called me back in her room. She started coaching me on what to say to the ultrasound tech because she thought I needed the ultrasound done. WTH! I didn't know they were Dr's too. I waited another 15 minutes and was fed up so I got dressed to leave. I went to the front desk to get reimbursed, that was another shit show! I left without a refund, was told they will have the office manager call me. Well of course no call and doubly I will get one. Now I know better parking is horrible when I came inside tv was broken in waiting room , no magazines water cooler also empty or broken and it's 110 degrees today. Long wait. Why do they ask you to be here 15 minutes early to be an hour late? Ridiculous!

The office required a blood test for a specific imaging scan, but only allowed the test to be conducted on a Saturday for a Monday appointment. Due to the weekend, bloodwork laboratories couldn't complete the test in time. Despite canceling 48-hours prior, I am still required to pay a hefty no-show fee, which was not communicated to me at the time of cancellation. Super unfortunate. read more

I hate to write a negative review but this location could use some improvements. It seems like they overbook patients and the wait times are always long. Recently, I had a few imaging orders from my physician but the technicians were unorganized and didn't even know what I needed to get done. They were ready to send me home after an x-ray even though I also needed a CT scan, MRI and abdominal ultrasound. The ultrasound never got done. I was there for nearly 3 hours. Also, I booked the appointment about 2 weeks in advance to have the same time with my husband. The night before our appointment, the authorizations department called my husband to let him know that insurance hasn't authorized his referral yet. So, your staff had all this time to check on authorization when I scheduled the appointment and only called my husband the night before to let him know? What a headache to have to rearrange work schedules due to the lack of due diligence from your staff. We are patients who come here to get imaging done so we can get help from our physician. When you lack to do your part of your job, we suffer more. read more

My issue arose when I received a bill from LMC. This is not the preferred laboratory for my medical insurance. I clearly told the technician at Pueblo medical where my specimen needed to be sent to be covered by insurance and was told all specimens had to be routed through LMC. Here I am a year later and a collection agency calls me. It took a while to figure out what this bill was even for. Now we get to the blame game LMC said because they can take my insurance the processed it with a significant out of pocket cost. Pueblo sais LMC should have sent it out to the appropriate lab for testing. Look up LMC, nothing but billing issues and not who Pueblo should trust to be ethical with their patients samples. read more
