The day of the procedure, the front desk staff, were super friendly and got me right in. Lindsey and if I forgot to mention any of the other staff, I apologize. They are all top notch. Now it was time to get prepped for the procedure. Linda, Sarah, Heather and Tara, the anesthesiologist. Took my blood pressure, urine drop and inserted my IV. They all were precise and professional. Tara and I even shared a laugh or two. Imagine being so humble as to introduce herself as Tara. I worked with Judges for 14 years until my retirement two years ago, and I still called my boss, Judge. Not that he told me to, but I know what it takes to become a judge and I also know what it takes to become an anesthesiologist, and in my opinion, Tara deserves the respect associated with the title of Doctor. I was very hesitant to make and keep this appointment. The staff had called me multiple times about…read moremy test results, but I just didn't want to deal with the prospect of a biopsy. The week after my dense breast ultrasound, I broke my foot and ankle after falling from a ladder. Medical expenses were piling up quickly, and my co-pay for this appointment was a few hundred dollars, which we were struggling to gather. So, I wasn't in the right mindset for this at all! Despite my reluctance, I had some great conversations with the staff, who tried to convince me to come in. Two women said, "Dawn, we're the same age, and we understand! But please let Dr. Hendricks check you out; you'll love him; he's the best." Eventually, Melissa and another wonderful lady with a British accent (I apologize for not remembering her name) persuaded me to go. After many tears and prayers, I made the appointment. I met Mackenzie and another friendly ultrasound technician who spoke with me and eased my mind while we waited for the angel, Dr. Hendricks, to enter the room. When he came in, he was all smiles, warm, and genuinely concerned about my worries. That was so refreshing! During my exam, we discovered two masses; one was clearly a cyst, but the other was questionable. He attempted to biopsy the questionable mass, but it vanished right before our eyes as he diligently searched for it. We witnessed a miracle that day. He was honest and kind enough to inform me that, in good faith, he wouldn't charge me for the visit since there was nothing to send to pathology. My visit and co-pay were refunded to me! He also scheduled a follow-up ultrasound in three weeks to double-check, again at no cost. The miracle continues: I do not have breast cancer! As a praying woman, I truly believe that Dr. Hendricks was the answer to my prayers. The honesty, compassion, and concern he showed me will be forever remembered. For the past four months, I have been using RSO oil as a medical marijuana patient since I was initially told I might have breast cancer. They are…read moredisorganized...they don't keep copies of your insurance or any other medical cards you give them...the first time. So now, at the 3rd attempt to get an MRI they are inputting ALL THE INSURANCE INFO for the 3rd time! The "scheduler" doesn't communicate that if you have to turn any implants on and off... you need to BRING THAT DEVICE WITH YOU! This is the most mismanaged office I have EVER. Their quality of care is superficial at best.

I've been waiting 2 weeks for ct results. Supposed to be read within 24-48 hrs. I gave them the name of that center as well as sending the report from that center to my doctors office. And I am still waiting for results. This is totally unacceptable.
