I was thinking of ending my life. I was so upset I went to Radiology Limited to try and talk to someone. The kindness and care that I received from Austin, the manager, and his staff literally saved me. With their help and support I was able to see a way forward that saved my life and gave me hope. I called rad ltd again, waited 20 minutes until I spoke to a schedule rep, she stated nothing has been received, there was nothing she could do, I explained my situation, and she didn't seem to care. This is the first time I've been to this location. Generally, I go to the location that's near Northwest hospital on the northwest side of Tucson. Prior to my appointment radiology unlimited had me register ahead of time with my ID and insurance information, pay my co-pay estimate online ahead of time. Radiology Unlimited sent me Automated Reminders two days ahead of time and the night before by text message and automated call program. The text included the location address, check in time, and procedure protocol; to make sure I was going to the right location. Once I arrived, I just needed to sign a document to verify everything I had filled out ahead of time online. I was called within 2 to 3 minutes of signing that document digitally. My procedure was in and out no fuss.

However, despite having shown up 45min prior to my appointment time (15min more than they requested for new patients), I still wasn't seen until nearly an hour after my appointment time. As I had to take time off of work for this appointment and scheduled meetings around it, it was inconvenient that I was there more than an hour later than they advised it would take. Also, in calling to confirm my faxed request for a CD copy of my results/imaging was received and was being processed I selected the options regarding records and it just gave instructions for the request and then disconnected me. Not helpful.

I could not get Simonmed to explain why and the earliest appointment they gave me was 3 weeks away. My doctor doesn't work friday to sunday so I had several sleepless nights before I found out that the reason for the letter was that the mammographer had failed to read my doctors initial referral for an ultrasound NOT because the nammogram had revealed a possible cancer.

The staff, from desk to exam room, makes me feel like they all care about this specialty of women's health.

I have been coming to this location since they opened for annual screenings. What I love about them, is the ease in making appointments (you can make your next years appointment at the current appointment), pre-check-in processes, and the efficiency once you are actually at your appointment. I have never had to wait, which feels like the norm for medical services. I am always treated kindly and respectfully during screenings/x-rays and they get you in and out. For me, living out in Vail it is nice having the convenience of professional and competent healthcare services out on this side of town!

They're very efficient and the wait time is almost none. In fact, I'm usually called back before my scheduled time. Everyone is very kind, patient, and compassionate. The office is clean and comfortable. They still produce results in the same amount of time as the other locations, which makes sense when everything is digital. This is my new preferred RADLTD location.
