I would not…read morerecommend any one to work with this company as the service has been poor and borderline suspicious. I dropped off a large bag at the Madrona store, the in-store staff were pleasant. 12 items were selected and 4 were returned. I appreciated that they took the initiative to email me that 1 item was deemed lost. They advised that they would try to find it and after no updates, I had to follow up. THEY (the folks who email do not provide any names but a signature of Eres) stated that they "lost" my $200 brand new with tags Aritzia dress and to make it right, they will pay out $8 stating that since it didn't sell, they will consider it a markdown item, THEN still apply their cut and payout a remaining $8 to me. Why should they be getting a cut of my dress if they lost it? They then emailed me the fine print which states, they are not liable for any lost items under ANY circumstances. With this policy what protects a consignor from even a staff member from selling it offline or taking it themselves? All they emailed me is that they can't find it. I am not accusing anyone other than it leaves the business in an oddly good place and the consigner is a bad one. Please note, this is my FIRST time consigning with this company and was left feeling like 1) they do not have a well-run business to lose items so easily, 2) do not want any accountability by negating to provide staff contact names in communication 3) poor communication as it can take a week if not more for a response and 4) very quick to apply a hefty discount to your items to sell fast without prior notice to the consigner. There should be an option for consignors to pick their items up before a drastic markdown. In addition, there seemed to be a lack of remorse and an understanding of their customers' point of view. Their argument will be "read the fine print" and so if you do consign here, I'd recommend providing items you're willing to donate. I am incredibly disappointed I consigned here as I mistakenly assumed a nice town and storefront would yield reasonable service and wanted to share my experience to prevent this happening to others.

Within 10 mins of walking in I found something I love, walked out 3 hours later with a backpack full of quality stuffs and very good prices (avg $12-$24/piece of barely used/worn clothes). Artizia, Columbia, Dr. Martens, etc. you name it. This Goodwill is like a Marshall. I shopped like I don't have a 3-hour fly back with just a personal belongings. BUT I CANT PASS. At this Goodwill store, you'll be relieved that the garment racks are not lengthy, and are also curated for thresholds of wearability and quality. Within 1/2 hour of entering I found a belt and the right color summer top I was hoping to find. Prices were $5.99. Grateful that it wasn't jacked up like other thrift stores "for inflation." Some of us are here to sidestep inflation! I didn't have the energy to walk down the perilous stairway into the household goods basement but it looked equally nicely laid out. Props to the sophisticated and warm, engaging staff who worked the floor offering humor, second opinions, and help finding mirrors. Other than the lack of mirrors, (ONLY 2 on the floor) this place seems like it will keep giving lucky finds and useful bits and bobs of clothing! Located around the corner from the best little taquerias, bars, and cafes, you can use your saved pennies for treats!

I've long looked for this booth at markets and group sales because I would always find something I fell in love with. They have a brick and mortar in the sweetest neighborhood, and I'm so thrilled that sales run out of the studio and storefront these days. She had just gotten in a bunch of new stuff and was organizing in the back. As a result, the store was quite messy and the owner a bit stressed out, but very apologetic and helpful. I would have come back a different day, but I was on a tight deadline so I spent some time looking at and trying on a few dresses. Nothing was quite right. I wanted something authentically vintage and there didn't seem to be many options in my size, although there were some reproductions and vintage-inspired things in the shop (not really my style). I couldn't tell if the store was usually cluttered-looking or if it was just that it hadn't been totally organized yet, but it felt like there was too much going on. The mess was only really a problem because I stepped on a small piece of broken glass, barefoot, in the dressing room/nook, and couldn't see very well in the dimly lit space to pull it out. So maybe keep your shoes on if you try anything on.

My cousin spent $150 and I spent about $75 and we spent about 3 hours there. Easily could have spent all day, but it was a thrifting kind of day, so we hit several stores the same day. Took away a star because they don't allow you to use their restrooms anymore. We would have spent more time and money, but they closed their bathrooms to the public (stupid).

You do have to leave your personal bag outside the fitting room door and there's an employee who will watch them for you (trying to prevent theft).

Megan said very impatiently: "Read your contract and it is perfect normal for us to pull an item." Now I am here and reading reviews left by others I realize this is something they do on a regular basis!!!!! Why I work with them a second time? I do not know but regret it. This time I am two days late in picking up my items and they "donated" everything including a pair of $200 Rags and Bones jeans in great condition. Two days late and there was an Eastern Sunday and a Monday during which their shop was closed. But I do not believe there happened to be "an annual donation" during those two days and those Rags and Bones jeans "went to that donation". You can tell when people lie. I am afraid these are not honest people. Be cautious.
