The stylist seemed to be moving slowly and I waited nearly 35 minutes to be seen. She asked what I was looking for and I was specific with several styles and four colors that I was interested in. She lacked knowledge with the merchandise and was confused with what I was wanting to see. I had to show pictures and color numbers and she was very slow figuring it out. The brand is a major one and when I made the appointment, I was told they have many options. (The person I spoke with to make the appointment wasn't there) Finally she found one of the styles in one color. She didn't center it on my forehead and forced the clips tight on the back of my scalp. I wanted to see a few other colors and she finally found a couple in two other styles. I asked about a similar style in a longer length with the brand I was looking at and was told there wasn't one. There is a longer version as I've seen it on the wig brand website. Though the stylist was very nice, she was not helpful. I was there nearly an hour after being seen (35 min wait) end didn't get a lot accomplished. There were several people coming in for other services during my appointment, which slowed things more. Maybe there should've been someone else there to help to pick up the slack and keep appointments timely.

I got an unnecessary root canal that failed and had to be redone by another dentist. And cosmetic veneers that I was not properly fit for and broke almost the same day I left there telling them my teeth felt loose still. I had to have my root canal reposted and was lucky I had enough left to even do that. Now I'm on a 10k plus journey to fix the original problem and the damage done by this office. Other than the problematic work I received from this place the staff is very friendly and they at least communicate. Do they give you right or best information no... but they get back to you. I've given this dentist office thousands of dollars my veneers alone were a wasted couple thousand that lasted me less than a month. With the amount I've spent here and having to go thru and have everything completely redone by someone else I wouldn't recommend going here at all.

From the moment I walked in, the vibe was unwelcoming--no one greeted me, and the employees were visibly irritated and trying to rush everyone out. Instead of offering assistance, they hovered and made passive comments about the store closing soon, even though there was still time left before the actual closing time. It felt like they couldn't wait to get rid of customers, which made for a stressful and uncomfortable shopping experience. I love Sephora for the variety and quality of products, but the service at this location really sucks when you're spending hundreds of dollars on products. I hope management addresses this, because customers should never feel like a burden.
