I could totally see myself sitting down with a laptop to get some work done if I were a local. To the left, they have an ice cream parlor where you can get different scoops or milkshakes, while the right side is where they take orders. Behind the counter is where the magic happens with their coffee drinks. The young ladies working inside were very nice on both of my visits and super patient with me when I told them I had lost my voice. One girl on my first visit even pulled out a pad and pen so I could write my order down. Haha! On my first visit, I ordered a blueberry muffin iced latte, and on my second, I tried the chocolate-covered strawberry iced latte (both February specials). They were delightful--full of flavor but not overly sugary, so I could still taste the coffee. Honestly, I can't say I've ever seen or had either of these flavors at the many local coffee shops I've visited over the years. All in all, The Caffeinated Cow is a must-visit if you're in or near Cheraw.
