Never let Larry do the inspection, evidently he is still working there doing the exact same thing but again, it was renamed after the controversy. If an issue arises, only get another inspector or another company. Larry did not help me and was rude and blunt and negative.

I paid and signed up for rodent exclusion services. A few month's later, I was hearing the same noises, so I called to have someone check it out. Nov. 8, someone came out and was supposed to come back on Nov. 11 to check traps set on the 8th. No call, no show on the 11th. I called and was rescheduled for Nov. 21st. Another no call no show appointment. I haven't been able to get anyone to show up since Nov. 8th. At this point, I'm going with another company and having to pay for yet another rodent exclusion because Vinx refuses to honor our agreement and their appointments.
