Horrible company, Larry's/ Lightning whatever. Ask Clemson Exchange or google search for past history. Heard his daughter just bought Dads business Larry's and renamed it as I understand. Larry denied my Belle Hall claim after looking at a glance and gave no support on why the bond I paid for over a decade was denied. They never looked under my porch because the technician was too large and he simply said 'that's what the bond if for'. I thought they were out of business but was told today they were still under new management/ name so I'm posting this in hopes nobody else is being treated this way. Several other 1 star reviews. Never let Larry do the inspection, evidently he is still working there doing the exact same thing but again, it was renamed after the controversy. If an issue arises, only get another inspector or another company. Larry did not help me and was rude and blunt and negative. read more

They did all the services on time. We haven't seen any pests. This is amazing since there ate wetlands right behind our property with a large pool of water. They were on time and very nice. Bugs are a persistent annoyance in South Carolina, especially spiders, termites, and palmetto bugs. My house is always free of pests thanks to Lightning Termite. I have met all of their technicians, as well as April, and have found each very pleasant to deal with and they have all been very professional in their approach.
