Upon arrival we were rather confused because we walked right into a store and had no idea where the restaurant was until we followed the big crowd that came in after us. Once seated the tables were still rather dirty but after we asked for it to be cleaned they were quick about it. We ordered our food, and it did take a while to come out but it looked like everyone around us was waiting too but once one table's food came out we all had our food come out. My husband had French toast while I had one of their special plates with biscuits and gravy, eggs and their hash browns. My food came out a bit cold, and I think my favorite part of my plate was just the biscuit. We ordered a side of the garlic steak tips and the cinnamon apples to try and both of those were delish! For our little guy we ordered cinnamon pancakes but we're brought cereal "funfetti" they said they could remake it but it may take 15-20 minutes. We decide to just keep the plate for our little guy. After eating we decided to shop around the store a bit and man oh man was everything pricey. I ended up grabbing a little onesie for our kiddo but everything else was certainly more trinkety. Yeah that's how bad the experience was. As expected, nobody enjoyed it. No one finished any of the entrees. There's no condiments available in the tables. This review is also about their tech support which we had to call for a lot in the past year: first to upgrade our system as we put it in 18 years ago; and then because we remodeled our basement so they had to come out a few times to deal with construction dust setting things off, moving motion detectors when walls were moved, adding new window contacts etc. Two of their service techs specifically are amazing: Gus and Mara. I feel extremely lucky when they send either of them out. Especially Mara. She stands out as being the most competent service tech - of *any company* I have ever dealt with. She assesses the situation, makes recommendations for better solutions, advocates for the customer if needed, and then executes the solution flawlessly, efficiently, quickly. After speaking with a multitude of companies, I was met with many dead ends. With these previous companies, communication would stop or people wouldn't show. Then I contacted Christensen Computer Company. Richard called me very shortly after I sent a request. He was flexible with scheduling a day to come look at our cameras. He was very communicative during the whole process and always made sure I received a call back. When he got here to look at the camera, he immediately started investigating. I don't know much about cameras, but I knew our system was older and had a LOT going on. I could tell right away, Richard was very knowledgeable. He immediately spotted all the little pieces of our system and how it was connected, and confirmed it did have a LOT going on. However, this did not deter him. Richard explained to me how our system was set up and started talking about different solutions depending on the problem. Our camera ended up needing a simple fix and it has been working great since. Our office is now talking about installing more cameras for increased security. He was very patient with all my questions, gave me a few good options, and was very understanding about our requests for estimates. They come out in a pair of twos, one person will show you some items they inspected, while the other will inspect items making the whole process very fast. They brought a printer with them and printed out the inspection summary right in the home, super convenient. The crew I had was very polite and even answered some questions a week after the inspection about an issue I had. Overall a good experience. My only complaint would be that they seemed very rushed at times and they missed a few items I noticed and asked them to add. But as with any home purchase it's good if you are present so you can verify the inspectors are doing what you want them to do. The report was not as detailed as previous inspections in another state, but detailed enough on the problem areas.

I think our inspection only took about an hour and a half, which in my opinion was very short. I have had other inspections last closer to 4 hours. No major concerns were brought up during the inspection, only electrical. We decided to move forward with the purchase and bring forward concerns with electrical to which we were able to work out with the seller. Within one week of moving, we were able to find water damage in multiple areas of the roof, in the crawlspace, etc. Funny, given the fact the inspection took place after heavy rainfall the night prior. Major things missed during inspection roughly 20k worth of expenses. I'm not sure I would ever recommend them. Although they seem thorough, they missed a whole lot.
