I just went in to look and was surprised they had the ones we wanted at regular retail. Same price as the ones I saw in the big cities. Jasper was super helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter and I tried on a bunch of styles and each left with ones we look forward to wearing. Birkenstocks are my favorite shoe for my finicky feet. read more

I purchased a $220 pair of shoes from their online website, the honnef low in the tea color, and initially everything was fine order-wise and the shoes came looking new. After a brief period of time, the suede began to look really ugly, like the hairs began sticking out in random patches, obviously cheap or defective suede. I emailed customer service to ask about what they could do, whether it be an exchange or otherwise, and I received no response. Now i'm stuck with a $220 pair of shoes that i don't want to wear because the suede looks hideous. Will only buy from the Birkenstock website in the future, looks like this small business owner don't care what happens after you buy the product. read more

Best Shoe store in town. My family has been coming to Zion for years and this is where we always stop for the best selection of shoes. They have comfortable fashion and also outdoor hiking shoes in addition to accessories and some apparel. Every time we visit a handful of us walk out with at least one new pair. They are so friendly, accommodating and helpful, they will also special order if desired. The owner also owns a Maple Syrup farm in New Hampshire and sells amazing Maple Syrup, an unexpected but delightful bonus that I recently discovered! read more

I'm a Vegas local and if you don't hike at Mt Charleston or other trails, you know you won't just have a pair of hiking shoes laying around. So I came to Zion to introduce my puppy to the snow and realized all I had was Crocs and they were NOT cutting it. So I made my way down from the Ponderosa Ranch Resort where we were staying and looked around the shops for some shoes to run in the snow with my dog. Everyone seemed to be closed and when I first walked by this shop I thought "Oh all they have is Birkenstocks" so I went about my way until I realized they were like the only shop open. So I came back and went in anyway. It was the right decision I made. The staff I didn't even get their names, but they welcomed my boyfriend and I so well. Took their time and helped me try on different shoes. Trust me, they had a bunch to choose from.They were not in a rush what so ever and that's what made me come here. To let you all know if you need any hiking shoes or shoes for the snow, regular birkenstock sandals or shoes(because they have other brands as well) that you NEED to stop by this shop. You won't be disappointed and may walk out with more than you planned. That's just because they are good salespeople as well and very genuine and know what you will need alongside what you're looking for. The quality of product is what got me to buy so just be positive going in that you will find something you like, but it may vary in price. Stopped into Simply Birkenstock in Springdale for a pair of Chacos. Prior to stoping in, we called to check if they had any in the size we needed, and Madison informed us of what all was in stock in our size. Madison was super friendly and such a joy to talk with over the phone & in person. Upon arrival, Charlie helped us not only get the shoe, but helped fit it to our feet. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the products and of the area. He gave us advice for our time in Zion and suggestions for less crowded trails to explore. Punkin, where are your hiking shoes? Face falls. This was on The Strip, only practically a stone's throw away. Rarely does a stone's throw result in such a substantial difference as the stone that's thrown from Vegas to Zion. Her bag was full of the most delicious sampling of footwear, though I knew that the six-inch stiletto wasn't quite suited for Angel's Landing. Engage imagination. Here's the crazy bit - there isn't a single place on all Las Vegas Boulevard to get your bad forgetful self some decent climbing shoes. If you forget your Chanel bag or your Choo shoo worry not, for as you'll have a different vendor on each and every block for such staples of human existence. But the boot for a desert scramble? Forget about it. Enter Simply. We stopped in Springdale on the way to East Zion for the ice cream and footwear possibilities. Being the gateway and all we thought there'd be at least one place that carried what we needed. And lo, we were not disappointed. There were at least three. Popped in Simply because it looked cozy and was immediately next to a confectioner that was as important almost at that point in time as the equipment. Rabbit can sing their praises better than I can. Inside Simply was the perfect selection of style and functionality. Frank even has Allen Edmonds city shoes for less than they set you back at the SF store. Granted, the AE make as much sense on the red rocks as do the Choo but still. Seeing them there next to the sandals made me happy. There are shoes and hats and sandals and gear and shirts and I bought two pairs of soft underwear because they had pretty stripes and why not anyway. Sweet trail runners (next day not even a hot spot after five hard miles in the new kicks) for the both of us as well and a sweet 10% off check-in discount and really. Can you do any better than that? I think not. But for the confection fix and the back yard calling I could have stayed here all day. I hope you give this place a try. Cheers. The simple things in life. read more

What a great store! They have a huge selection of quality gear and the prices are comparable to what you find elsewhere - no tourist gouge. We are browsers- meaning we actually enjoy taking our time and looking at what folks have in their shops. As a retail owner myself we also enjoy talking to the staff at stores. Initially they were quite friendly. But the moment my son got down from his stroller they turned on us and in a direct and rude way- basically asked us to leave- I guess because we were taking too long to look? I came into this shop with my family this evening excited to buy some Chacos and Birkenstock's. 4 of us were prepared to purchase shoes. While trying on shoes my 1 year old daughter grabbed a display shoe and it fell on the ground. AS I WAS PICKING IT UP, a man came and very rudely told us we need to "respect the footwear". I won't ever support a business that has zero patients with children. We walked out with no shoes and he lost over $500 in sales for being an asshole. read more

Tran was such an awesome dude! He was so knowledgeable about the products, and patient with my girlfriend. She ended up not finding anything she liked in her size, but he came up with solution after solution to fix that. She ended up deciding she was just going to order some online, now that she knew how they fit. But Tran was such a good salesperson that I figured I'd try on some Birkenstocks. They're not really my style but I've heard they're comfy. Tran worked with me to find the right size and offered up all of his knowledge about shoes and Zion while he did it. I honestly probably would never have even considered buying Birks but Tran sold me without even trying to. Ended up buying socks and sunglasses too just because I was put in the buying mood. Point is, Tran is a great salesperson even if he doesn't know it. Whatever he's making there it's not enough. Looking at you owners. read more
