On Christmas Day we had a family party of 33 guests. We had 2 host helpers. Pedja covered the bar (set up and organizing, prepping for specific cocktails) and Jenny helped with food prep, cooking/heating, food service in general. They came at 2:30 for a 4:00 party. This took so much pressure off my husband and I. At 6:00 we served the guests soup then salad using their dinner plate as a charger. Afterwards, the guests served themselves dinner buffet style. We used china and sterling but opted for pretty gold rimmed plastic rather than cocktail and wine glasses. Pedja and Jenny were very professional servers. I honestly have no idea what people were choosing to drink but we heard only compliments. They had the kitchen in order, left overs in containers and all the serving dishes, china and utensils cleaned up by the time we were done with post dinner games and ready for dessert. They were spectacular!! They stayed until 10pm, a time we'd agreed would be best to wrap things up. We will use host helpers again!

We were nervous about having to bring in everything (lights, tables, dance floor, bar, chairs, ice, you name it!) to make our vision came to life, but Alison made sure we didn't forget a single thing. On top of planning, Alison designed our entire wedding - from the invites, to the table settings, to our neon sign! We gave pretty vague descriptions about what we wanted (bright, colorful, fun), but she somehow knew exactly what we meant. On the actual wedding day, everything went SO smoothly... We ended up choosing the partial planning package as I wanted help with design along with coordination. Throughout the whole process, Ash was such an incredible wealth of knowledge and responsive (I had A LOT of questions for her, too). While I had hired a good number of vendors on my own, Ash was vital in organizing all our rentals & recommending a florist (who was AMAZING). She also developed a design guide with three different concepts for us to choose from that would help keep the look of our wedding visually cohesive. On the day of the wedding, all we had to do was follow our itinerary timeline and pretty much just show up! Everyone I talked to who had gotten married kept telling us that inevitably something will go wrong, but as far as we were aware everything was perfect.
