    My husband and I are so grateful to have worked with Alison Rose Events for our wedding this past Summer. Alison is not only the sweetest person, she was also extremely organized, her communication was excellent, she took initiative and most importantly she truly listened when we expressed what we were looking for aesthetically. She understood the vibe! I was lucky enough to begin working with Alison in May 2021 as we geared up to begin re-planning our postponed 2020 wedding. She picked up where we had left off and took the planning across the finish line. She made excellent recommendations for decor ideas and even created sample layouts that I could see before we made a final decision. She designed all of our signage and our logo which we will cherish for a lifetime. Everything was absolutely stunning and everything we could have wanted and more! I can't recommend Alison and her team enough! I felt so calm and at ease knowing I trusted her opinion and expertise leading up to the big day and on our wedding day. She brought so much joy to our union, we truly can't thank her enough!

    Alison & her team are the G.O.A.T. - I had the sincere pleasure of working side-by-side with Alison for one of my favorite couples just last month (I'm a photographer) and the day was so dang smooth. Alison's communication prior to the wedding day helped me feel prepared to do my best work. On wedding day, she blew me away. The event went off without a hitch and I was truly able to focus on creating my best work for our couple. Did I mention, she was 8 months pregnant at this event and still working her booty off!? Such a boss. Hire Alison stat, babes!

    HIRING GRACE WAS THE BEST DECISION WE MADE FOR OUR WEDDING!…read more After extensive research, I reached out to Grace from Unveiled by Grace with only a few months left to plan our 250-guest wedding. Not only did Grace plan our wedding in that short amount of time (about 4 months) but she also planned our rehearsal dinner and welcome party the day before. Somehow, she made everything feel effortless. The wedding was beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. Grace handled EVERYTHING, from venue coordination, food, drinks, logistics, rentals, linens, signage, party favors, website details, photography, videography, florals, hair and makeup and even helping secure approvals with the fire marshal for real candles and full drapery. Every vendor she recommended was incredible and together they created the absolute dream team. We had countless calls and probably millions of text messages from me, especially as a Type A bride, and Grace was patient, responsive, organized and always one step ahead. She truly understood our vision and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. Our welcome party, rehearsal dinner and wedding day were PERFECT. Honestly, beyond perfect. Guests are still telling us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Our wedding party and immediate family kept saying not only was it the best wedding ever, but that we had assembled the best vendor team imaginable all thanks to Grace. What meant the most to me was how stress-free she made everything feel. My husband and I were actually able to enjoy our wedding day because Grace handled every big and small detail behind the scenes. She even made sure tray passes and our signature cocktails were brought to our getting-ready suite because she knew we would miss them while taking photos and doing makeup touch-ups. Those little thoughtful moments meant everything. If I could do my wedding all over again, Grace would be my very first call. Too bad she only does weddings because I would absolutely hire her again for baby showers, birthdays and anniversaries too. Even after the wedding, she still answers my random questions and checks in on us. This is probably the longest review I have ever written, but Grace deserves every word. From the moment we reached out to N&FL to the actual wedding day, the entire timeline was under three months (I know...crazy!). Despite the quick turnaround, Corinth made sure everything came together seamlessly. In the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day itself, she kept everything organized, on schedule, and running smoothly. What really stood out was how proactive she was. Since our venue was a space she hadn't worked in before, Corinth actually visited ahead of time to familiarize herself with it, figure out the best locations for vendor setups, and ask thoughtful questions we hadn't even considered. That level of care and preparation made a huge difference and gave us so much peace of mind. Because of Corinth and her calm, positive energy, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about a single thing. Her consistency, organization, and reassurance kept us on track and prevented us from falling behind on important tasks. Even though we only booked the "Love" package/month-of coordination, Kaitlin went above and beyond. She was always happy to provide vendor recommendations, guidance on tricky wedding decisions, and support whenever we needed it. She created a detailed timeline, helped us with rehearsal, and handled all communication with our vendors leading up to and on the big day--ensuring everything ran seamlessly. Thanks to her, we hardly felt stressed or overwhelmed!! On our wedding day, Kaitlin and her assistant Jazmin worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Because of them, my husband and I were able to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment. When a couple of minor hiccups popped up due to the venue running behind, they pivoted effortlessly and kept us informed--so smoothly that we hardly even noticed there was an issue! We can't recommend Now & Forever Love highly enough. Kaitlin's professionalism, organization, and calming presence made our day more perfect than we ever imagined. Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used their rental equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

We were initially very impressed with his initiative to get started ahead of that timeline and to offer to take over many responsibilities that we did not ask or expect him to do. With less than 6 weeks to the wedding he started missing his own self imposed deadlines to get back to us with various tasks which started making us uneasy as we would have already have taken care of them if it was still left to us. My wife had a conversation with him 3 weeks prior to the wedding regarding that issue and his general unresponsiveness, he accepted responsibility and put us at ease. While we really like his calm demeanor both leading up to and during the day of the wedding, he was not on top of the itinerary from the beginning to the end and we both felt like he was simply in over his head. Others stepped in numerous times to do his job (notably our photographer/videographer) and help keep the wedding on track with the timeline we had created. Certain things were asked of him several times and yet neither he nor his two helpers (who we were mostly impressed with) delivered. For a smaller wedding (ours had over 200 people) it is very possible that he would do a good job, we however regretted our decision to hire him. Also, we contacted him a couple times regarding items he/his team did not retrieve from our ceremony and he neglected to follow up.

We were trying so hard to find a place that understood the situation and that we didn't need an over all planner/coordinator but a day-of coordinator. Lily from Orange Blossom stepped up to the plate and did a phenomenal job!! She understood that we just needed someone there the day of and she never once overstepped or made us feel stressed. She followed our wishes perfectly and made sure our timeline was fulfilled to a T! Lily is extremely professional, patient and kind. She goes above and beyond on the day and made sure nothing went wrong!! We greatly appreciate Lily for taking us on as clients and being so easygoing, organized and kind! I also want to stress that Orange Blossom and Lily were kind enough to give us a discount since we had already done all the footwork! They didn't feel it was morally right to charge us for an overall planner/coordinator. It's rare (especially in the wedding industry) to find people with such great morals, integrity and kindness. The proposal setup, venue selection, and overall coordination were handled well, and the proposal itself went smoothly. However, the biggest disappointment was the photography. The photos did not meet expectations, which is frustrating given that these are the memories you'll keep long after the event is over. One concern is that the contract is heavily written to protect the company. It essentially states that if the photos or videos don't turn out as expected, there is very little accountability on their side. As a customer, that leaves you taking on most of the risk despite paying a premium price. If you're considering working with them, I would strongly recommend using them for planning, setup, and logistics, but hiring your own photographer and videographer separately. Their event coordination was solid, but I would not rely on them for capturing the moment unless you're comfortable with the possibility of underwhelming results. Also after speaking to the Michelle it felt like it was my mistake rather than taking accountability. I would have been more generous with my rating but really disappointed with the way Michelle took the accountability and hence the review

Design: We told Abby we wanted an "East Meets West" theme that blended our cultures in a way that felt modern and elegant, a tough balance that could've easily come off as cheesy in if executed poorly. But Abby nailed it of course, her design sense is unreal. From color palettes and floral choices to the way she tied together modern décor with cultural elements, everything was cohesive and elevated. She has an incredible eye for detail and always found creative, out-of-the-box ways to make our ideas work. The end result was a wedding that felt truly felt like us! Communication: Throughout the entire process, Abby and her team were consistently on top of communication. She kept us updated between meetings, sent friendly reminders, and made sure we were always aligned on next steps. It's easy for things to slip through the cracks when planning something this big, but Abby kept everything organized and stress-free. We never once felt out of the loop, she was always calm, professional, and genuinely fun to talk to. Vendor Management: Abby's vendor management skills are next level. She has deep connections and knows everyone in the wedding world. When we needed vendors for flowers, desserts, or décor, she already had a curated list of the best options with pros and cons ready for us. Some of our vendors were booked more than a year in advance, but Abby and her team were always on top of follow-ups, contracts, and logistics. By the time the big day arrived, every vendor was perfectly coordinated. It really felt like we had assembled the Avengers of wedding vendors! Working Style: We can't say enough about how enjoyable it was to work with Abby and her team. They're so friendly, positive, and genuinely care about their couples. Whenever unexpected hiccups came up (and they always do in wedding planning), Abby handled them with grace and a sense of humor. She's done hundreds of weddings, so she always had the experience to guide us to make informed decisions. It was so fun working with the entire team and it made the stressful process of wedding planning feel less stressful. Execution: This is where Abby and her team truly shine. Planning is one thing, but executing flawlessly is another and they did it all seamlessly. From coordinating vendors to keeping our timeline on track, they were everywhere and nowhere all at once, putting out fires behind the scenes before we even knew they existed. The day flowed perfectly. At the end of the night, we were blown away to see how they had already packed up all our belongings, made sure our ride was ready, and tied up every little loose end without us lifting a finger. That level of thoughtfulness really showed how much they care. Budget & Financial Management: The truth is weddings are expensive, and it's easy for costs to spiral if you're not careful. Abby was phenomenal at keeping everything organized and transparent. She tracked every expense, set reminders for upcoming milestone payments for vendors, and even handled tipping for all our vendors so we didn't have to stress about it on the big day. What really stood out was her honesty and foresight -- anytime a decision could push us beyond our budget, she proactively flagged it and walked us through the financial trade-offs before we committed.
