Yvonne came into our lives at a moment when my fiance and I believed our wedding would not be occurring this year. Having just announced our postponement until 2021 due to Covid-19, Yvonne connected with us regarding an elopement. Our first contact with Yvonne was on August 2nd and our ceremony was this past Sunday, August 23, 2020. My now wife and I cannot speak any higher on behalf of Yvonne. She truly went above and beyond to plan our elopement in 20 days. Her professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are indescribable. Above all however, the genuine care and authentic connection and honestly friendship that Yvonne cultivated through getting to know my wife and I, in order to cater the wedding so uniquely and perfectly "us" was indescribable. In the current state of Covid, with solely my wife and I's parents in attendance, Yvonne planned the day to perfection. Only a few days have past since my wedding, but myself, my wife, and both sets of parents continue to relive the day and we find ourselves sharing more details to our individual experiences and minute details that we each are recalling as we relive. Not only did Yvonne, spearhead the organization for the event, coordinated her incredible and equally professional team, but she also acted as liaison with Franklin Canyon Park in Beverly Hills who graciously agreed to host our event provided of course that we adhere to all Covid recommendations. Yvonne organized a breathtaking and beautiful outdoor wedding venue to the point where I teared seeing it. Our parents were comfortable and safe, our reverend was comfortable and safe, every member of her team from photographer, florist, to live musician appeared comfortable and safe. It's unclear when weddings and live events will return to the previous "normal", but if the wedding that Yvonne created for my wife and I is any indication of a potential "new post Covid Wedding/Elopement Norm", then it really is pretty spectacular. We hired Yvonne to be our day of coordinator for a wedding at the Houdini Estate. I will say that leading up to our day she went above and beyond in communicating things we needed to consider in order to plan our wedding. She was very knowledgable about the venue but wanted an inordinate amount of assistants for the event. On the day of, my wife and I found ourselves doing many things we expected her to do and we saw friends and family having to do things that she should've been in control of. Interactions with her throughout the event and the feedback I got from my guests made me extremely unhappy with her leadership. The saving grace was that I was very, very prepared and I have lots and friends and family who enjoyed helping out so while it was still the best day in my life, we can not recommend her. read more

I don't know where to begin praising Yvonne , she is an amazing planner ...Let me begin by saying that I had originally hired another planner for my wedding because she was cheaper . Well I payed the price, I was stressed, I had to chase after this other planner, until one day I couldn't take it anymore and I called Yvonne and asked her to please take over ..What a difference !!! From day one Yvonne was on top of everything , I mean everything, she was there for me to help me with vendors , giving me suggestions without being pushy and holding my hand through the whole process. I remember that one day I called Yvonne crying because I had a bad tooth ache and i couldn't get in to see my Dr and my engagement pics were the next day , so I was ready to cancel picture session because i was in pain. Yvonne stepped in and referred me to someone to take care of my tooth ache, so i was able to have the engagement pics and they came out gorgeous ...If that is not going above and beyond , i don't know what is . Our wedding turned our beautifully, it was flawless and 4 months later friends are still telling me what an amazing experience they had . After the wedding i talked to Yvonne and I was telling her how easy everything was , and how everything went without a glitch . Well little did I know that there was a lot going on behind the scenes that i wasn't aware of, that she was handling, so i didn't have to be disturbed ..Had I not had her, I probably would have had to deal with some issues myself and my wedding day would have been very stressful..Instead with her help I had a great time and loved every moment ...
