(Thanks to his handy drone camera, I could see for myself.) Not only bad for the tiles, but extremely dangerous to walk on! When wet, it's super slippery. Since we're selling our house, I didn't want not want any issues with the inspection (nor endanger the inspector). Carlos gave a quote range and was able to squeeze in the job the very next day (it took several hours, easily half the day), and before the forecasted rain! Look at his photos and you can see the huge difference. He texted me several photos and videos during the process so I could see the progression. What a fantastic job! Upon completion, there was quite a few areas that still had a fair amount of moss on the roof line so they certainly did not accomplish what I initially wanted. They explained that they treated the moss and then it would eventually dissipate overtime during additional rain storms. Overall I think they did a good job with power washing the house cleaning the windows and power washing the driveway, but the moss remains on the roof and still looks undesirable. We called them back indicated that it would be an additional $1400 to power wash the moss off and rinse the house down again. I should've simply allowed my own employees to do the whole thing and do it thoroughly. Now I have to go back and power wash specific areas of the roof line in order to get the desired results. being a service industry, you really want the people you work with willing to go the extra mile to create a level of customer satisfaction. Bottom line is, buyer beware!!!!

He made the assessment himself, spotted the problems then gave me an estimate on the spot. He then texted me a contract which I Docusigned. We set up an appointment for March 31. On March 29 Ezekiel called me if I was available Monday, March 30 for the roofing job. He said there's a rain in the forecast starting Tuesday through Thursday and he wanted to get the work done before the rain. Of course I agreed because I was worried too for the rain because it will cause some leaks inside the house again. So they came and worked on the roof today from about 10 am to 4pm. He sent 4 guys for the job. After the job was completed, he sent me pictures taken by the workers and I compared them to the pictures he had taken when he made the assessment himself.
