**I currently do not partake in cannabis/thc products, so my review is based on the store alone & not the quality of the product** I visited Simply Crafted with someone who was looking for an edible to help assist with relaxing/sleeping. The store was clean, organized & well stocked. They did have a kiosk where I believe you can order products to be shipped to you. They have a decent variety of offerings; oils, edibles, thc drinks and more. They even had some Cookies products. The staff was helpful and gave multiple recommendations based on flavor, type of edible & desired effect. My first visit went well - 4 stars! I wanted to check this place out for a while now, ever since edibles became legal in Minnesota (June of 2022). I have a friend that lives nearby who's been pestering me to make the drive and visit the store. I finally made it down to Nordeast a couple of days ago so I stopped by Simply Crafted to do some shopping. I was really impressed with Simply Crafted. Despite the relatively small size, they have hundreds of interesting products. And the shop itself is very nice. Everything is well organized and beautiful (see photos). They seem to have nearly every conceivable format for people interested in THC and CBD. The employee behind the counter was really nice and super knowledgeable too. This was an IN PERSON shopping adventure, walking in off-the-street during business hours. So I can't comment on the internet side of things. Judging from the reviews, it seems like a lot of people who order on-line are pissed off. But I can't comment on all of that. Visiting in person was a good experience. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I ended up walking out the door with 7 edibles. I'll be posting photos of all 7 products and commenting over the next couple of weeks as I try them out. This company never return any inquiry regarding delivery or anything else, whether it's by phone or email. I also have a problem with product delivery and never receive any response from them. Very poor customer service. Will be looking to take my business somewhere else. read more

I found simply crafted while searching for something to relieve my neuropathy pain, I tried the Delta 8 gummies and they absolutely did the trick. The website is super user friendly, it's easy to place an order and minutes later I get an email telling me I can pick it up. I simply drive up to the building, call the phone number on the sign, roll down my window and they put my order inside my vehicle, I love it! I think the prices are super reasonable and the folks who work there are awesome answering questions and pulling together my orders. read more

The reason I considered this company to do business with is their proximity to me- a relatively short drive with curbside pickup. Their prices are higher than I'm used to paying, but sometimes you're willing to spend more for convenience, or in this case not waiting for a mailed shipment when you can just pick it up yourself, right? Their say theyre open 24 hrs a day. I guess that means you can place an online order and they will gladly accept payment, since no one answers the phone. Fair enough, they have an automated field on their website. If no one is available on the chat, just leave your email address and a message and they'll get back you just as soon as someone is available. Well the business day has come and gone, and no response. But wait, what's this? Spam. Not a reply from an actual employee, but I'm already getting unsolicited ads that I didn't sign up for. In theory, I like the idea of supporting a local business. But you've taken the selling point you had with me- instant gratification- out of the equation. Your website has no clear directions on how to use your curbside option, the phone and email went unanswered, I'm getting ads before an actual reply, and I can find prices more to my liking elsewhere. Run your business as you see fit, but when I get ads instead a reply, you get this kind of review. In all fairness, you might have perfectly fine products. I ordered online through their own website & after a month of trying to email them I called and someone stated "no clue why this never went out but we sold out of the item you wanted but we will send you sometning similar". Do not recommend shopping here for anything. I've tried contacting them via email, live chat, reddit, and phone for multiple days with no reply. On the website they claim same day shipping which is a flat out lie if you read my review or anyone elses. The flower is the only thing I will ever get from this company. I got the Delta-8 Vape carts and the Disposable vapes and everytime I use them perfectly for a few days and then nether the carts or the Disposables work the Disposable stop being able to be charged. Needs to be fixed or you might not have a company anymore because I think I am going to never buy your Carts and Disposables again. The Delta-8 Flower is the only reason I give a 3 star. read more
