I have an illnesses which causes me to vomit frequently, sometimes with no warning. I had an episode while in the Martin Dentistry office some time ago. It's not as though they didn't know or hadn't seen it. However, after being late to an appointment which was rescheduled I was ridiculed. Call me silly but I didn't want to uncontrollably vomit all over the dentist or hygienist. Frankly, it's a health risk. I could've easily choked on my vomit during treatment. You can be the best dentist but with an unprofessional, patient facing staff you will eventually lose business. Side note, somehow the office suppressed my Google review. Now I consider them unreliable.

HOWEVER, I will say that this is the first time from start to finish. I changed dentist due to my work and location so this past winter I was looking for a new dentist. I asked a co worker of mine and she recommended this dentist. I did my own research and decided to give it a whirl. The front office staff was great. And my hygienist was knowledgable, talked me through everything and even made a note in my chart about preferences much appreciated. Additionally, they do provide fluoride for their adult patients. This is crucial and I've been getting this ever since I've gone to the dentist. Meeting the dentist was great, she was personable and shared her advice with me about my concerns. She did not force me into any decisions and said it was my choice but she would air on the side of conservative treatment. Overall, it was a great experience and honestly I am not dreading my next appointment.

He does not judge, or place blame for any issues / complications - nor does their staff. Everyone there is very kind, and although sometimes it can be a little tough to get in touch with them due to a high volume of calls, they are helpful and responsive. I have never had to call multiple times, they have always reached back out to me first! Dr. Bailey performed a root canal on me last year, and it went perfectly! He prescribed an antibiotic prior to the procedure, and was extremely kind and empathetic during the entire process. I had NO problems following the procedure and have not had an issue with the tooth since. I used to hate going to the dentist due to past bad experiences, but Dr. Bailey and his office of amazing staff have made up for those experiences tenfold!

They can even do a root canal, complete with your permanent crown, in one visit! (About 1.5-2 hours), because they have a 3D printer. But don't think the machine does everything- Heather is the best dental tech, and together with Dr. Bailey, they will ensure you have a natural looking smile with a perfect color-match and fit. They talk you through every step, and do everything possible to make sure you experience as little discomfort as possible. The dental hygienists are experienced, and Carla is skilled and gentle. The office is clean and bright. As you recline in the comfortable chairs, you can look out the large window or watch tv. They refused to fix it. One of my family members recommended Advanced Family Dentistry. Not only was I told they were warm and courteous, but they also had late afternoon appointments available. I changed dentists post-haste. Dr. Arazi, Dr. Taler, and the employees who work at Advanced Family Dentistry are all consummate professionals. Their customer service is outstanding, and they seem to be extremely knowledgeable of their craft. Certainly, the plethora of certificates on the walls speak to this. I see them even though they are not in my dental insurance network. I may pay more, but I have peace of mind that I am in good hands. I just can't say enough good about them. We went in thinking we would only get a consultation and to our surprise they looked at the tooth, took an extra, explained in detail what was going on in my daughter's mouth and set her up to have that painful tooth extracted that day. I think the whole ordeal last less then 3 hours from our time there to the time we left. I loved how detailed their explanation was. The doctor was excellent and so was the dental hygienist that worked with him...she was excellent. I would love to go back to them to get the rest of her wisdom teeth extracted but the new dentist wouldn't give us a referral.

I have screenshots of my call logs to prove this system. When they do finally answer, they're rude. After weeks of expecting to book, they finally get me on the schedule another month out. Another month of discomfort. I scheduled an appointment, received no confirmation. Called back (3x per the above system) and got a hold of them, still rude, and they said confirmation would be sent closer to the date. Why not send one at time of booking? The confirmation finally came from a bulk number with no identifying information in the entry. I mistook it for spam, and that's partially on me. It was only sent via text and I was expecting email. Regardless, I showed up at the wrong office for my appointment. Between not returning calls, not answering incoming calls, not sharing bookings with patients, and rude staff; I'll trust other professionals with this type of highly sensitive work.

He said he knows the perfect dentist who is his personal dentist, Dr Ward! He shared how wonderful Dr. Ward is! I called his office asking for a new patient appointment and I couldn't believe how soon I was scheduled an appointment! I had 2 known issues to be addressed and Dr. Ward found one more important issue. His practice is all inclusive with everything needed for routine dentistry and orthodontia, including a lab where he made me a new crown!! Yep, you read that correctly! The most amazing thing for me was that he provided so many interventions in 2 visits where my previous dentist would have provided all the same things in 4-5 visits, if not more! I also do not have all the words I need to express my gratitude for every person I had any type of contact with! Everyone was so personable and treated me with great respect!
