I had a dent which was more like a crease on the passenger side of my 2016 Prius, in an area where there is a bend in the side of the car. It was in the shop for a repair to the bumper and they said they would call Simply Dents to get a quote on this dent/crease. John contacted me and said he could do it. I asked if it would be 100% fixed because the shop wasn't sure that he would be able to get the entire dent out. When I picked it up I couldn't tell where the crease was. He did a phenomenal job. My sliding gate tried to close when I pulled my car into my driveway and I got an 8 inch dent, about 1 inch deep in my right front quarter panel.
