If I could give a jillion stars I would. We had an incident where our door blew open on our older truck and the door ended up over extending (sprung) so it would not close. We had to tie the door to the headrest so that the door would stay closed while driving. I had no idea where to take it. I was going through Yelp and noticed that everyone had something nice to say about this shop. I called and the woman who answered the phone was really kind and helpful. We brought our truck in the next day and the owner came out and took a look and shook his head. The door would not close and was drooping. He said these doors are almost impossible to fix but he had been in the business 48 years and had a few tricks. He took the truck in the back and about 10 minutes later the door closed absolutely perfectly. We were so thrilled we would have paid any hourly fee. We went up to the counter, wallet in hand, and he said "No Charge". "I try to do a good deed every day and today you are my good deed." What can you say about such an awesome business other than that they deserve to get the best review possible and our highest recommendation. If you are looking for a body shop, go here. Took my 2021 Maxima in to have the bumper repaired after I was rear ended in the school pick up line. This is the first time that I've needed auto body repair so I started my search on Google and found Pro Auto Collision. I drove from Fallbrook to get an estimate and met Richie (hopefully I got his name right) and his wife. He took a look at my car and gave me an estimate. I did go to one other place to get an estimate and Pro Auto Collision was a few hundred less. Took a week for repairs but the bumper looks brand new. After spending/wasting several weeks trying to get another local highly Yelp rated body shop to ascertain what front grill part(s) it will need to order to repair my 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited, I reached out to this body shop. I stopped by one recent morning and was warmly greeted by Rich, the son of the owners. He explained to me that in order to ascertain how extensive the damage may be behind the grill, he would need the vehicle left at their shop so it can be disassembled which they can then best advise my insurance company what will be needed beyond the original claim check that was already issued to me. I also had the opportunity to meet Rich's Mom, Dee Dee, who runs the front office this shop. Dee Dee was equally welcoming and answered all of my questions. I advised them that once I make arrangements with my insurance carrier for a replacement rental, I would bring the Toyota back to their shop. On Monday morning, I returned and was greeted with a hearty, welcoming handshake from "Ritchie" the Dad as I walked past the service bays of this shop. I met with Dee Dee and completed the necessary paperwork. Dee Dee called Hertz to request they pick me up for my rental car. Since she was unable to contact Hertz, she asked Rich to drive me over to Hertz. I was not expecting such a high level of customer service: it was unexpected and very much appreciated! I appreciated that Ritchie kept in contact with me to keep me apprised of the repair status. From the first moment I contacted and met with all of the family members, I have absolute trust in this shop and could see the high level of care and integrity this shop exhibits. My vehicle was returned to me and the repair was awesome. I am very happy with the end result! I'm hoping this body shop stay in business for very long time. I got a brand new car a few months ago and have had the worst luck with it. Someone backed into my car , crunched my bumper, and didn't leave a note and then another person open their car door into my car and dented the door. I had to wait to write this review and be level headed. I am a certified auto detailer, just to put things into perspective. Been doing it for many years. I took in a vehicle that was 4 years old into this shop, recommended by USAA. They replaced a panel. When I got my vehicle back the hood was not put back correctly. There was an obvious gap on one side. There was overspray on the lower portion of my bumper they "painted" and today the paint on the bumper is peeling. It was brought too close to the plastic portion of the bumper and the paint will not do well there over time. The owner son was whom I dealt with. He tried to be professional while being dismissive. He denied the overspray that was obvious. Kept my vehicle way too long from what I recall. I would check everything with this company when you get your car back. Take before photos as proof in case of a dispute. The father did try to call me, but I wanted nothing to do with this shop any longer than I needed to be dealing with them. USAA needs to ensure these places they use are fair with their customers and do a professional job the first time around. Military, USAA customers, do your research. My husband used Caliber Collision before and had some issues regarding follow up and was unsatisfied going through the insurance contracted auto body. The accident I was in wasn't my fault and I called Pro Auto Collision for some advice and right away I was welcomed by Dee Dee and her great demeanor on the phone. This shop knows their stuff being in business over 20 years. Again Pro Auto Collision came through for me! I went to Pro Auto today to find out how much it would cost to have some considerable paint transfer on my driver side front bumper up to the headlight area, removed from my brand new(3 week old)2019 Toyota Highlander Platinum. I went fully expecting to pay but didn't want any other shop to do the job nor did I want to put in an insurance claim. After I went into the reception area and spoke to Ms.Dede and told her what happened, she told me to wait and went to get her detail man. He took one look at my vehicle, went back into the shop came back out with a rag and wiped the spot. Like a miracle what I thought was paint and maybe scratches came off!! I was elated!! After all that paint was removed I was told to go to the dealership and get the paint pen sold at the parts department and bring it back and THEY would apply it for me. As I was getting ready to pay for what they did for me Dede said NO CHARGE...not what I was expecting at all! What a wonderful and kind way to be. I have about the worst luck with any car I own. Within the last 6 months my husband and I have been in 4 accidents. Each time we've gone to Pro Auto Collision they have never once been short of amazing. Recently, I got into yet another car "incident" and couldn't have been more stressed about the possible out of pocket expenses I would have to cough up. I dropped off my car at Pro Auto and within the hour Rick got back to me. I have never been so happy to get a call from them. Rick helped fix my car within only a few hours helping me save on the rental car I had to pay for out of pocket. I even tried to tip him for helping me out and they wouldn't take it. We own a preowned Toyota 4-Runner and recently we had one of the side door panels nearly snap completely off. Applying blue tape to it was the only thing I could think of to keep it from flying down the road. On a (fortunate) whim, my wife stopped in to Pro Auto Collision to see what it wold take to replace it. Unknown to us, there had been some body work done to this part of the vehicle. Richie gave us two viable options to fix it. One was replacing the part for $500+ bucks and the other was installing a single screw. We opted for the second option and feel great that we didn't have to dip into our kids back-to-school budget to repair a cosmetic auto part. I was considering taking my car to the dealership to get it fixed but one of my co workers told me to take my car to a collision place where they fix cars and man am I thankful for that comment that she made.
