I had scratches on my hood, roof, spoiler, etc. That shop handled the situation great and sent me here to get the scratches removed, and covered the cost. I was told by Bill to drop my car off at 8 am any day and he will have it completed by the end of the day. 4 pm comes around and no call. I reach out and Ryan tells me they need the car an extra day. Weird that no call was made but I didn't complain. The end of Day 2 arrives and I have to call again for an update. Ryan tells me it's just finishing up and I can come pick it up. I arrive at 4:55 pm (5 mins before closing) and the car looks great. I quickly look over it but the shop is closing up and moving cars so I quickly get into the office to retrieve my keys and paperwork. Unfortunately I made the mistake of not thoroughly looking at every detail of the car. I take the car home and once I park, my wife noticed that I now have a dent on my roof rail. The exact location they were buffing. I immediately email Mr. Bills at 5:30 pm the same day. I'm very respectful in the way that I approach this because at the end of the day we're all human and people make mistakes. Based on the look of it, the dent could easily be pulled using paintless dent removal, so I wasn't too worried. I call the next day and speak with Bill who proceeds to initially agree that when I dropped off the car, there was not a dent. He stated "I walked the car with you when you dropped it off and there was no dent". I explain that's my point. No dent when I dropped it off but now there's a dent in the exact location your guys were working on. He then begins talking over me, angrily, stating there's no way his guys did it. He looked over my car the entire time it was there. Really? You watched over my Ford focus for two full days? It's not like I brought in a Lamborghini. You have 25 employees, there's no way one may have leaned too hard against my car when they were buffing my roof? I offered to bring the car to look over it and he tells me he's not touching my car and doesn't want to see it again. He then tells me I'm essentially a scammer looking to get free work done. He then hangs up on me. Bill has a horrible attitude and should take some lessons on how to properly interact with a client. He doesn't stand behind the work that his shop puts out. I compared quotes for the same job with different collision repair shops and this one was extremely high in comparison to the others, with less services. For comparison, another place quoted 1.7 hours in labor for paint labor while this place quoted 11.6 hours for paint labor. With the very small amount of paint needed for my request, it is definitely not close to 12 labor hours. The inspection was also not very thorough; another place saw that the tail light had a small crack while this place did not see it. I went with another auto repair shop for more services for less than half of what I was quoted here. If you do decide to check this place out, please be sure to check other places for comparison. read more

It was my first time bringing my Prius in for the basic car wash package which is a hand-wash and interior vacuum and wipe down ($25) which I was going to just wait for in the reception area but I needed a lot more then a basic wash so I upgraded the the mini-detail for ($49) which included the basic car wash features plus a wax and a more detailed interior cleaning. I waited for my car which took an hour to complete. I would have upgraded to the full detail $199 normally and takes about 3-4 hours but if you leave a review on the list of social media pages they have up at the reception area you get $100 off. I have a 1972 Chevy El Camino SS that hat some front end damage due to someone hitting it in a parking lot, I brought my car to Mr Bills and they told me it would be no problem to fix the damage I need a new hood new bumper and the grill and some alignment issues that they said they could take care of. After being there for two months they called me back and said it was ready when I got there I was so disappointed. They use the old hood which they said would work better but none of the lines on the front lined up not even the front bumper. I thought they knew what they were doing they're arrogant and told me they knew what they were doing. My advice is to never go to Mr Bills Body Shop in temecula you won't be happy. They didn't even get the paint color right now the front end of my car and the back end of my car are different colors kind of close but not quite. read more
