I called John on a Monday morning for an estimate , we spoke about the process and he asked me to send him some pics of the damage. He was able to get me an estimate from the pictures I sent him. I was looking on google for a professional to fix the dents on my car and I eventually came across Simply Dents on yelp with very high rating and good reviews. Well let me say that the reviews and the stars are as accurate as they are. I went ahead and called them in the middle of the day at noon and John answered. I explained to him my situation with the car and then he proceeded to text me with the next step on what to do. I sent him pictures of my car with 2 dents and he then gave me a reasonable quote. I wanted my car to get fix that same day I called him and without any reservations or appointments he was able to get one of his associates to come to my house and fix the dents! I was very impressed that I did not have to make an appointment with them and their service came to my home at such a quick notice and I did not even have to wait very long. A guy named Jeff who worked closely with John for many years came and inspected the dents on my Honda Civic. He was a very nice guy and very professional with his work. Initially, I only reported 2 dents on the right rear side of my car and he was able to fix those dents flawlessly and quickly that I couldn't even tell that there had been dents on those spots; however, after he was done and had put everything back in place on my car I saw a third dent on the right rear side and he was a very patient guy and without hesitation he took the tail light out again and fixed the dent until I am completely satisfied.
