I originally posted the following review on January 28, 2019. At the request of the business owner, John, I later removed the review because he said that he was going to rectify the situation and he complained that my one-star review was hurting his business. I never should have removed my review because his solution was to have a mobile shop patch the leather in my $50,000.00 car. Read on if you would like to know how Simply Dents practices business. If I could post a negative star rating I would. John went to my dealership in October 2018 to fix a small dent in my vehicle. Although he was working on the exterior of my car, he decided to put his tools inside my car on the leather backseat. His sharp tool put a hole in my backseat causing over $2200.00 in damage. I know the damage was caused by him because he left the tools in my backseat! The dealership originally contacted him to get this fixed and he denied damaging the seat. He sent me a very rude text denying the damage and I sent him pictures of his tools still in my backseat right where the tear is. Then his tune changed (temporarily) and he said he would look in to getting the vehicle fixed. He was in contact with the dealer who then ordered the seat cover. Meanwhile he asked me to have it looked at by "his guy" to see if another shop could match the leather. His guy could not match the leather and now that the seat cover is at the dealership, he is refusing to pay for it. He will not contact the dealership to get this resolved. STAY AWAY!! He is dishonest, neglectful, and when he damages your car, he won't pay for it. I have never left a yelp review before because I don't believe they are all truthful, but I need him to respond in some way. read more

I had John from Simply Dents come to my home today to fix a door ding on my BMW 535i. The dent was in a unusual spot making it much harder to remove then normal, but to my surprise he was able to get it out completely. You can't even tell there was ever a door ding there. Jeff and John are absolutely the best at what they do and extremely professional. I accidentally dropped a chair on my fully restored 69 Camaro and out a dent on the trunk led.
