Clean, fun and since they have a reservation system it didn't feel uncomfortable or crazy crowded for the kiddos to run around. The tortoise is too cute. My daughter and her friends had an amazing time exploring the space and playing. They offer a variety of birthday party packages. I opted for the mid-tier package and rented out the whole space. The package I selected included goody bags, cupcakes, and decor which was nice; I appreciated having them handle that and they made good selections. While the space and ease of the preparations were wonderful, I felt a couple of things could've been better: 1. I had a lot of email back and forth with the party planner. She was responsive & answered my questions, but didn't provide much proactive information. It would've been nice to have a touch base phone call to go over final details and logistics the week before the party. 2. For the price I would've appreciated if they included atleast one add-on such as slime or crafts. 3. It is a very tight window - 1.5 hours with only 30 mins in the private room. I wish we could've had a total of 2 hours in the space so it wouldn't have felt as rushed.

The place is pretty dirty overall and the foam pits honestly smell like vomit. It also gets extremely overcrowded and safety definitely feels secondary here. There's no real checkin or check out process, no security, and it would be very easy for a kid to wander off if you're not paying close attention. Definitely keep your eyes on your kids at all times. Despite all that, it's still a pretty fun place for kids and mine always enjoy themselves. One thing I really wish they had is a dedicated area for smaller kids between ages 0-2. Right now you basically have to keep them in a stroller or carry them the whole time because there's nowhere safe or appropriate to put them down. Overall, fun for the kids but parents should come prepared for a chaotic and not so clean environment.

We hosted our 6-year-old daughter's birthday party on a Saturday evening. The park was busy, which…read morewas expected. Check-in went smoothly, the party room was appropriate, and cleanliness was acceptable. The first hour went well. We did experience some logistical issues. The drink tickets included in our package were not initially provided, and we had to request them three separate times before they were distributed. While beverage controls are understandable, repeatedly following up for items already included in a party package that represents a substantial financial commitment felt unnecessary. The more significant issue involved a piñata. During the week prior, we confirmed with two staff members that it would be allowed as long as we cleaned up afterward. We even completed a walkthrough of the space to ensure it was appropriate. Based on that guidance, we proceeded. If bringing a piñata ultimately violated policy, that is completely fine, we would have respected that immediately. The issue was not the rule. The issue was how it was handled. When the general manager (I believe her name Jeanine, can remember) entered the room, the approach was confrontational and escalated quickly. What should have been a calm clarification became unnecessarily tense in front of our guests. Clear internal alignment and professional communication would have prevented this. Policies can be firm, enforcement should still be measured and customer-focused. For an event involving 29 guests and a substantial financial commitment, more consistent communication and stronger customer-facing management training would be expected. The children still had fun, but several guests commented on the management interaction. We hope corporate reviews communication practices and oversight at this location. TL;DR: Party logistics were mostly fine, but inconsistent policy communication and a confrontational management response turned a simple issue into an unnecessary escalation. For a substantial financial commitment, better communication and management training are needed.

Their packages are a great deal, you can eat and drink all day (great for the kids to pop in and get a drink or snack when needed and go back out. The salad bar alone is enough reason for me to go back to eat there. Everything was fresh and crisp on the salad bar. The pizzas and other food were replenish non-stop and it was always hot and fresh. They always had cups, ice, and drinks available. I am serious. I'm picky and I can't think of something to complain about here. The rides are always a hit with the kids. Mine will spend 8 or 9 hours there - happily. My husband joked that it should be a place for summer camps. 4 of our group didn't want the buffet and got burgers and taquitos from the restaurant. my husband is quite the food snob and said that the burger was awesome and gave me a bite. I agreed. The bacon was like a thick cut slab of pork belly. If I didn't enjoy the salad bar so much I would definitely get the burger, but I can have the best of both worlds and eat some of his next time. Their inside arcade has so many options and the games all work. I'm just so grateful that this place exists. Austin's management - you're doing an incredible job. We are fans!

We had tickets for one attraction each but couldn't even use them. There was virtually no staff present at most areas such as pull tables, mini golf, even nobody at the gift shop/prize shop. The food at the buffet was also very sad. Mac&cheese was tasteless; all pizza options had huge bubbles of dough, meaning it was not cooked properly, also pretty much flavorless. We skipped salad bar and desserts. We didn't spend much time there and left in less than an hour.

My daughters enjoyed the games and rides; I like that they have activities for all age groups available. We went at opening time on a Saturday morning and didn't encounter too many crowds. The trampoline is a cool addition but frustrating that it requires a hefty extra fee of $12 per child. Overall positive experience. We will be back!

Ops manager insisted on interrupting me when I wasn't speaking to him at the counter when i questioned being demanded of a credit card. He was being short and dismissive. At first I saw it as normal toddler boy stuff, playing hard in all but it escalated quickly. I came to pick up my son one day, he had a large scratch on his neck. I asked the teacher what happened and she said he fell on the rocks while at the playground which didn't make sense to me. The next morning I asked the lady up front if she could find out what happened for me and she said she would. When I arrived for pick up that day the lady I asked that morning said she didn't find out what happened then turned to the lady who seemed really confused about what I was asking and asked if she saw what happened (she wasn't even on the playground where it took place) she stuttered and eventually told me that he had done it to himself which I knew wasn't true because my son never did anything like that before. (Still has not to this day) I decided that day to start really taking note of any marks or incidents. He began to refuse school which he used to always be excited for which I thought was odd but people would tell me it's normal. The following week a child attacked my son scratching him all over his face and arms. Nobody seemed to really know what happened, the child was suspended. As soon as the child returned 5 days later he attacked my son again, biting him in the face, I was not notified until his teacher showed up later in the day and once again no one seemed to know what happened and there were conflicting stories. That day I decided we would not be returning in the best interest of my child's safety and mental wellbeing. Be wary of this place. Very sad and disappointed it turned out the way it did.
