Absolute winner, no question. We came here late one evening (-arrived 6:15, closes at 7) - staff was curtious, kind, and inviting even though we came with two young children. We got chicken gyro and platters, and it was honestly among the best I've had in the US, comparable to our visit to Greece 2 years ago. You can see their kitchen from the front, ingredients (even late in the day) are fresh, cooked fresh, seasoned well, and overall just amazing. We've had the chicken gyros, souvlaki gyros, moussaka, pastitsio, lemon potatoes, & the house cut fries. It's all delicious! Oh & the baklava, a couple of different cookies, baklava cheesecake, a custard type dessert. They have long Greek names, I wish I could pronounce & spell them. Just eat them, they're good! Service is always friendly. Orders are made within 15 minutes if they're not busy & not much longer when they are busy. Small dining room but spacious. There's a couple of tables outside so I would guess you could bring your dog to dine al fresco. We eat here often. I stopped into Simply Greek Authentic Greek Food last week and Simply put it was very much Authentic. I started off with the lentil soup and finished it off with the Greek Salad with chicken, both were delicious. The chicken was seasoned perfectly. I'm a big fan of Greek Salad and would drive down to 62 Ave in Myrtle Beach when I had the craving. Now it's right around the corner from me. Their Souvlaki was amazing and their Gyros looked good. The owners are friendly, informative and ready to accommodate any dietary issues. The prices are more than reasonable. read more

Yelped a place to eat for lunch, this place popped up, it's new, decided to give it try. I was not disappointed. The staff is so nice, very helpful, and everything sounded and looked really good. The place is small, but clean, you can take to go or dine in. I decided to eat in. I chose the number 6 platter. It came with pita that was soft and warm. Green beans which were seasoned and cooked but not mushy. tzatziki sauce on the side that was good. Potatoes that were seasoned well and tasted great. The meat was lamb/beef mix that was seasoned well and delicious! My food was hot and delivered quickly. Finished it off with backlava which was ok, but on the sweet side for me. This place is a Hidden gem in the "big lots" plaza. I will definitely be back to try some other dishes. read more

Absolutely great food. Had the lamb gyro with a side of green beans. Both were spectacular. Stole a couple of fries from my wife's plate which were delicious. Tucked away in a random strip mall is delicious food! We ordered hummus and pita, grape leaves, spanakopita, chicken gyro, and a salad. Food is really authentic! And I believe everything is homemade. Had spanakopita first, then I chose the lamb/beef platter and husband chose Slovaki. Lemon potatoes and garlicky green beans, fresh pita and tatzeki were all homemade goodness. The meat was plentiful and tasty. Brought home 3 pairs of different cookies. Service is delightful. Tho the service was a little choppy the food was amazing- everyone in the dining room was raving when we sat down (in a very modest space with 4 tables) and we were thrilled with what we ordered. The owner came out to us and chatted (they were only open for 3 months) and gave us his backstory in the food world. Only a couple of sit down tables. More of a "quick" Greek place. Chicken lemon soup, dolmas, and spanikopita were very tasty! Pleased to see them also serving pastitsio and moussaka dishes as well - will try next time! Only down side is that their heating system went out, so it was freezing inside. read more

I had the lamb/beef gyro and wife had the pastitsio. Both very good. You order at the counter and the food is brought to you at your table. The server was wonderful. We stopped by for lunch on a Friday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised. We tried a lamb/beef gyro and a falafel with tzatziki appetizer. The gyro came with your choice of fries or lemon potatoes. We chose the potatoes. The tzatziki was very nice and the gyro was delicious. The potatoes could have had more lemon flavor and could have been more well done. The restaurant was originally designed to be a takeout place but they have added 4 dine-in tables with plans to expand to outdoor seating as well. The ambiance was nice. The family owned business staff were very friendly and eager to please. Definitely will be back to try the other items on the menu. With the closing of other Greek restaurants in the Myrtle Beach area along Highway 17, this place should do well. Try it. You'll like it too! read more

It was clean and bright, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The lentil soup was definitely homemade and amazing. The chicken platter was large and satisfying and the garden salad was fresh and delicious. The owner came out more than once to check on us and thank us and seemed so appreciative of us being there.
