This the type of place you can overlook or dismiss a a hole in the wall if you aren't looking for it. The dining area is only three tables with 6 chairs. More of a cozy waiting area than a place sit and eat. Good to know info if thinking about eating here as takeout is more appropriate. When you enter, you are greeted by a wonderful, smiling gentleman behind the counter who does it all and gives this place a homemade feel -- like my Greek grandfather is making me dinner. Food is authentic and delicious. Fair price and big portions. Menu is simple but that's what makes the food so good. Highly recommended. We will be back for sure.

The food was absolutely amazing. We ordered to go and got the 2 gyro dinner which included 10 oz. of beef/lamb, a salad for two, 2 tzatziki sauces, 2 dressings and 2 pitas. We also ordered a side of dolmades. All of this for $29 and this includes tax! The owner is so so nice and we enjoyed talking with him. Some of the best Greek food I've ever eaten!

Good food. Good people. Good price. I love going to privately owned businesses when possible instead of chains.

The food was great. I had the Dolmades Dinner and the feta fries and both tasted great. The portions were generous too.

In general, the food was good and the staff was friendly. During my two-day visit I had two meals there. Tried the Grilled Tiger Prawns, Soutzoukakia, Beet Salad, Maroulsalata, Pastichio and Spanakorizo. 1. The tiger prawns came with four pieces. Tasted fresh but a bit too salty for me. 2. Soutzoukakia was basically lamb and beef meatballs. Compared to Kofta in Middle Eastern cuisine, these had more flavors from meat but less from other ingredients. Served over tomato sauce. 3. Beet salad had generous amount of beets, but the arugula tasted just-out-of-fridge; it was very cold and crispy, lacking the flavor of fresh arugula. 4. Maroulsalata was a salad with chopped (green) romaine, green onions, dill, crumbled feta and lemon+EVOO dressing. A light dish perfect for pairing with their meats or (heavy) pastas. 5. Pastichio, the Greek style Lasagna, is a classical. It was my first time to try it and it tasted fantastic. It was an ~4 inch square piece of layers of hollow pasta topped with ground beef, a thick layer of bechamel, and topped with graviera cheese. Unlike meat sauce, the ground beef was "dry", but this was OKay because the bechamel would smoothen everything. In general rich in flavor and creamy and definitely filling. 6. Spanakorizo was like risotto or porridge but perhaps had even more liquid. It had Arborio rice, spinach, herbs and Kefalograviera cheese. The staff were friendly. They recognized me when I had my second meal there, answered my questions about the menu patiently, and explained to me about their tips (I will discuss this below). The dishes were served in reasonable time. The vibe was definitely at the higher end among the restaurants in Myrtle Beach; plus it was not crowded at all. Despite the good food, you should be careful about the tip. Their suggested tip percentages are calculated based on the taxed price; e.g. if you select the suggested 18% you are actually tipping more than that.
