They referred me to the Manager. James answered my call and, within seconds, started shouting at me and insisted my dispute was worthless because I had signed the contract. He informed me he would listen to the phone call with their receptionist and call me back. He did not; when I called him, he again displayed rancorous rage and hung up on me.
