I explained to the owner that I'd need some assistance moving furniture. , Two men showed up on the agreed date and quickly moved my heavy 4 piece bedroom set into my dining room. They then started covering closets and my kitchen area with plastic. Then the fun began. Day one they sanded all rooms and put a coat of sealer. They returned the next day for the first coat of polyurethane. The smell was quite strong but I expected this. That is why I made sure that my parrot and my two dogs would be able to stay elsewhere for a few days. Opening all windows was a big help. They came the third day for another coat. The floors turned out so beautiful!! The next day a gentleman showed up to collect the second half of the payment. When I told him I was very pleased but that I still needed someone to help me move the furniture back, he said no problem, someone would come the next day. And they did. They moved my furniture back free of charge. Even though this company is based out of Connecticut, they also service Massachusetts and Rhode Island which is where I am from. I'd like conclude that if you need your floors refinished, do not hesitate to call them. Their work is beautiful and their customer service was excellent. Their prices were quite lower than two others that I received. Now, is anyone looking for a nice house in Rhode Island? Let me know! :-)

They came back to correct the issue and left nails raised in the floorboard. Not only did we need to buy more product they screwed up on, I needed a tetanus shot. Worst experience ever. The jobs were both done well, reasonably priced and with a great attitude, communication and respect for my home and the workplace (ensuring dropcloths are placed, clean up after).
