The top coat of 3 nails started peeling same day, and two nails broke within 3 days...for reference I had my prior dip nails for 3 weeks and they were still perfectly intact when I went for this mani. Shape was not quite what I requested and nails were cut to requested length but then filed much shorter. Overall I was super bummed to go on vacation with rough looking nails. Fairly steep at $120. I decided to do a light brown as a base, and get chrome on top. The chrome she put on my nails was gold, and did not blend well, as you can see in the picture. The shape was not what I asked for. I showed a reference photo of an almond, rounded nail, and she almost gave me a coffin shape. Also, my cuticles were horrendous, and she did not clean them up after my service was done. The following day, I called the salon to come in and for them to fix my nails, considering the lines on the bottom of each nail. Because of their closing time, I was not able to go, and ended up going somewhere else for a color change. In the end, I paid $70 for this set, without a tip. I do not recommend. Also, the picture was taken as soon as I left the salon.

I showed up to my appointment and asked for a natural bushy brow, she waxed one side of my face nearly clean off. I even spoke up about it not being anything like I asked and still paid $30 because the tech was being very defiant and wouldn't apologize. I was horrified at how sloppily and uneven my nails were painted by a guy it seemed like came off the street. I asked them to be redone since it was a special occasion until ultimately the owner looked at my hands and had to step in. Now, Meet Caleen. I wish I had known about this place sooner!! I had to get my ring resized so wanted a manicure again. She painfully worked with my now short, broken, stubby nails (resulting from the technique at the other salon) and turned them into presentable photogenic fingers!! I was treated as a client instead of just another number. She took her time to be very meticulous and precise. She is a true artist who cares about her quality work. She actually did my nails so they would look better as they grew out which is happening! It's been over a week and my polish hasn't chipped at all whereas before it was peeling off after a few days. I am beyond impressed and surprised that she even exists!
