It has been two days and my fingers are sore and still in pain. The nail tech repeatedly filed my skin when filing my nails. I had to tell her repeatedly she was hurting me. I now have tiny cuts near my nails and cuticles that still burn. She also used too much powder when dipping my nails. I usually get two to three coats and she put 5 to 6 making my nails looking way too thick and less natural than I'm accustomed to. And to make matters worst, she was very rude to me the whole time. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! They lady that started doing my nails did a terrible job(ON A MANICURE!!!)... My nails were pretty long and square, she clipped them sooo short she clipped my skin under my nail, and filed them all different shapes. But what really annoyed me was when she put on the base coat thinking it was ok to leave the old gel on the tips of my nails!!! What kind of mani is that?!?!?! I had to stop her and walk out with base coat not even dried! She was very rude, rough/careless, and didn't listen to what I wanted done. She knew she was so wrong she didn't charge me!! And they're (nail salons) about their money !! So that speaks volumes!! read more

I'm pretty bad at speaking up when things don't look good to me, but this manicure was so bad I really didn't know what to say. Staff walked around maskless multiple times, and I bled twice during the process. My nails look so poorly done that I have to go get them fixed somewhere tomorrow, but I certainly won't be doing it here. $45 for splotchy polish, crooked tips and tips way too wide at the top. Went back to get fixed 2 times after initial visit and asked for shellac to be taken off on last visit and just get my money back and they said it was my fault and they weren't going to refund me. they can't do French manicures I would go somewhere else that won't scam you out of money. read more

This lady is a miracle worker! This is the best my nails have ever looked. Basic mani was only $12, I called about 5 minutes before coming and they saw me right away. I have had two manicures here, and I am impressed with them. It is now over three weeks, and my gel is still intact. Service is good. I made a point of going when I didn't expect them to be busy, and they took me right away. I haven't made an appointment, so I don't know how well that works. It is clean, neat, pleasant The manicurist worked on me exclusively instead of treating me like a widget on an assembly line as I have experienced in other salons. My friend from work turned me on to this place. I go every two weeks religiously. I even drive down in the summer just to see them. The staff is super friendly and the girls are very creative with nail art. I always have great looking acrylics and get tons of compliments. They are reasonably priced and are super sweet. They always let me sit in the massage chairs while every one in our group is getting their services done. I 100% recommend this place. read more

Great family-run place to get a pedicure. Prices are on par with what I was used to coming from Boston ($40 for the Deluxe Spa, and well worth it, paraffin dip and all). It was really sweet when the teenage daughter of the owners approached my mom as I payed holding a bottle of lotion: I had mentioned that it was mom's birthday, and the family saw it fit to give her a gift! My nails look great (standard polish), the massage was great, and everyone was friendly. I will definitely go back. One downside: the polish selection isn't huge, but it is sufficient. I came on a Sunday morning just as they were opening hoping I would get in before it got busy. The pros: the place was definitely cleaner than California nails which is essentially in the same plaza. I got here and there wasn't a long wait which was nice. There was a decent selection of colors, pretty small but enough shades and variation that it was fine. The cons: I came in for an acrylic fill and pedicure and ended up leaving after my pedicure because I was pretty unhappy. I came just as they opened so they sat me for my pedicure and the woman let me soak in cold water as she ate. I can completely understand if it was the middle of the day and she was just trying to get a quick bite to eat in, but they had literally opened 3 minutes prior to my arrival and I felt weird that I had to wait on her to eat. After eating she didn't wash her hands and just put gloves on and that grosses me out. On their price list they list paraffin wax for $5, so I asked if that could be added to the $25 basic pedicure. They said I would have to pay for the deluxe spa pedicure for $40 if I wanted the wax. I asked why it was on the menu separately if they don't offer it with other packages and they said they could make an "exception for me" and would add it for only $7.. And because it was listed for less on the board and they were now yelling across the store and embarrassing me I just said I'd pass. The pedicure was just okay, they only did one coat of polish, and the water was cold. For a "massage" she just.. Sort of slapped my legs? It was not something I had ever had during a pedicure and it was pretty painful to be honest. She cut my cuticles a bit to short and I bled a bit which was also disappointing. When she was done she told me to go to the drying station and didn't even turn the machine on for me but instead said "you can pay now". So I had to figure out how to get the machine on (which didn't really seem to be working) while she took my card. The entire time I was signing it she was hovering over me making me feel incredibly pressured. So $25+ tip later and I can say that I'm not really pleased with my experience and I won't be back. read more
